According to AmiAmi online shop, an OVA of Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! was announced to be released on March 27th 2013. It will be the unaired episode 13 of the TV series.

Although the turmoil surrounding the younger sister of Shogo has finally settled down, there is still no sign about who is to be Shogo's lover. And with such background, this happens in one day: After a bit of antics, somehow all who want to be married to Shogo get to date with him and this will decide who is the most suitable person to be Shogo's lover. And then, somehow the first who gets to date with Shogo is Tendo, the student council president.
Bear in mind that the release date of the OVA is end of March, 2013. So you need to be patient!
