The cast of Death Note was released at Anime Evolution in Burnaby, Canada. (North of Vancouver where Ocean Studios is located)
Light Yagami: Brad Swaile (Gundam Seed, Dragon Ball Z, Ranma 1/2)
L: Alessandro Juliani (Zoids, Ranma 1/2)
Souichirou Yagami: Chris Brichon
Ryuuk: Brian Drummond (Gundam Seed, Escaflowne, Dragon Ball Z)
Raye Penbar: Michael Adamthwaite (Gundam Seed, Trouble Chocolate)
Aizawa: Trevor Devall(Gundam Seed,Shakugan no Shana, Transformers: Cybertron)
Misa Amane: Shannon Chan-Kent
Rem: Colleen Wheeler
Matsuda: Vincent Tong
Naomi: Tabitha St. Germain (Star Ocean EX, Gundam Seed, Elemental Gelade)
Viz released a trailer for the anime recently; however, they didn't use the same actors as on the show.

forget Gundam Seed Recycled; I was just on IMDB, and all of these guys have been in My Little Pony and Barbie movies. XDDDDDD

Brian Drummond is the only person I've heard about...
I think he was Vegeta's voice.
Tabatha St. Germain is alright, but I liked her Haro voice. (better than the Japanese one) They didn't hire the well known actors, which can be good because some are over rated but can be bad. Viz hasn't finished casting so there would be more to the list. (I hope they add Kirby Morrow) For Canadians, it's on YTV in the fall.
lol, well Destiny is finished being dubbed and it's the same studio/ADR production.

wait, what?!
then why release it..!
They were late doing the casting and they still haven't casted everyone. They lisenced Death Note I believe early in the year but the DVD doesn't come out until Novemeber. But, the show is airing on YTV in a couple of weeks.
