Shugo Chara! Gets Second Year

In the issue of Kodansha's Nayayoshi magazine (out on August 2nd), it will be announced that Shugo Chara! has recieved the green light for a second year.

The manga has been running since late 2005, and the anime series has been produced since last fall.

Is anyone else sensing another 100+ episode long anime series? I am, that's pretty exciting. I haven't caught up with this season u.u;; but I actually like this show even if it's really childish XD There's not enough well put together magical girl shows, this one is pretty good. I'm glad it will continue.
