why do people say RIP for people they dont even know

Agreed, actually. I hate it when people do this, its one of my personal pet peeves. Its like when a friend of yours says, "Happy Birthday" and then some random guy who overhears this comes by and says, "Oh, its your birthday today? Happy birthday, then". Its so disingenuous and irritating.

I personally think wishing someone you don't know peace after death is quite different to wishing someone you don't know a happy birthday.

Saying not to wish peace for strangers that have died is rather like saying not to wish for those that have died in war. I don't know those that gone to war, fought and died to save our generation (yes, it's not exactly the same) but still, ofcourse I wish them peace. Regardless of whether they have done something heroic or not, what's so bad about someone wishing peace to someone who has lost their life?

fuck this guy, he had shit roles anyway
i can't see the point of using the "F" word to someone who died and didn't do anything wrong to you. you're the one who's f**k for being a jerk just to sound "cool" on the internet. if you don't like the idea of showing sympathy and respect to a person who died then just spout your nonsense to yourself, don't shout your poor manners here buddy.

-Rest peacefully Mr. Yamaguchi

“I’d like to say something. Doesn’t matter that Ken’s gone. People die everyday—friends..family. Yeah, we lost Ken tonight. But he’s still with us…in here.He didn’t die in vain! But you will! Cause you’re a TROLL."

There's nothing wrong with saying you don't care about someone's death, especially if it's someone you never heard about.
Of course, I am not happy to hear somebody died.

Honestly, all of you guys who only knows to write just some random RIP without adding something else shouldn't even be bothering posting - that's just spamming.

And about this Yamaguchi Ken, the only time I read something about him was when I added him as voice of few characters that I added to database.

Imagine if Tsundere Rie died , everyone would go batshit insane.
I would be happy that i wouldn't have to listnen to her annoying voice in more anime. And maybe there would be less pseudo-tsunderes with her gone.

You best be trollin.

Um, do I have to know someone just to think it's a shame that person died (just replying to some comments)?
I also don't know the seiyuu (honestly, since I am sleepy, when I saw Yamaguchi K... at a moment, I was stunned that it was Yamaguchi Kappei and I almost fell off the chair), but still may he rest in peace...
