I SO called it! I knew that Sailor Moon and Codename Sailor V would make it on the list. I'm absolutely thrilled to see them at the top! :D

Actually, it was first releases by TOKYOPOP in the late 90s, but then discontinued somewhat around 2005. Kodansha, the original publisher, have their own English Branch, so they released the bunko version in it's authentic style and art fixes. So yeah, it basically came back from the dead.
