excuse me sir, what the everloving fuck is this edgy ass line haha

solid 2/10 for that line

otherwise good ep. 7 overall.

Pi came up in season two with the stone tablets. It's important for some reason, but it wasn't explained.

@amf85 Likely going to be something like once they have gotten PI calculated enough places, they will be enlightened as to how they are still idiots.

I'm hoping Benimaru comes in out of nowhere, and knocks some sense into Burns 🥴

I still dislike Haumea with a passion and everyone else sporting those ridiculous, zero visibility masks and veils for good measure.
This is a persistent anime/manga trope I truly wish died already...

Feels choppy, both in pacing and in animation. I still find in enjoyable as a manga reader.

@Scootboi And "deciphering pi" is somehow connected to the brat (Haumea) "gathering the collective unconscious" while (not) looking at a blazing Sun and a grotesque, Soul Eater - like Moon... 🤔

The number π is both irrational and transcendental. It cannot be "deciphered"*, since it is not... ciphered, and it has infinite digits. However a new algorithm or equation generating more digits faster and cheaper (in computing resources) might be possible. Or, perhaps, some new connection of π to another math or physics field - e.g. black body radiation, which is pertinent to the story, since they want to roast Earth.

*Whatever the frack that means; assuming a translation loss, "decrypted" or "decoded" do not apply either.

Saves animating faces, concealing the faces reduces the ratings violence points when fighting or killing them. But yeah, still looks dumb as sh1t.

I feel like the animation may have declined... for now it's ok but in terms of fight animation I still think it's weak... but let's wait and see, maybe it will improve over the course of the EP.

So it was Arthur who fell from the car. Burns is still a confusing character, I think he's past the point where I could ever like him again.

Dumbass Arthur fell off the truck and Tamaki's ass will be at full display next episode. Man, I just can't with this show...

Underwhelming episode. It felt unnecessarily slow-paced and the flow of the fights left a lot to be desired.

Disappointing episode. Almost nothing happened and the animation was not up to standards. I hope it doesn’t stay like this

These three episodes felt like the fastest three episodes of the entire anime.

Shinra and Joker have infiltrated and made contact with Burns, who’s not showing any hesitation. I thought he was playing the role and acting as if he was on the Evangelist’s side, but it doesn’t look it.

The rest of Company 8 have also made way and have engaged in battle. It’s only the beginning and they’re also showing signs of struggle

I'm glad the story has continued to delve into why Captain Burns is now helping the white-clad. His gaze into Adola left a deep impression on him. Now he's one powerful opponent standing in Shinra and Jokers way!

Haumea dry heaving and crying like that makes me wince. Charon wasn't too happy with her suffering either. She's dedicated to her cause. Also goes to show how great of a VA Caitlin Glass is.

Well that didn’t go as expected.

I don’t recall Burns’ ability, but obviously the longer the fight goes on, the stronger he gets. It seems that Shinra and Joker are in quite the pickle, but luckily the rest of the Eighth have come as backup… without Arthur Boyle though.

I guess nobody noticed that Arthur fell off when I did in that opening scene. While Tamaki, Maki, and Takehisa try to attack, Vulcan and Viktor are trying to analyze Gold, and it seems that she doesn’t use flames, but rather heat, which is why Maki can’t control it.

This isn’t looking good, but maybe Arthur will come in like a knight in shining armor. We’ll have to wait and see.

Shinra and Joker confronting Captain Burns, duly converted by Evangelist Haumea to the loyalty of the Holy Sol God, having the mind to confront him when Captain Obi is taken out of his captivity was quite the mistake with his Voltage Nova. It's clearly a losing battle from the start against someone whom Shinra idolizes, having seen the light of Adolla, and getting sunk in by its captivating nature. Also, it's quite the joke when Hinawa rallies the women to demolish the Fuchu prison lols.

Back at Company No. 5, while Captain Hibana only realizes that all the prior cases are connected to one another, the 8th confronting Gold and the White Clad Destroyers directly, and Tamaki has to tkae charge while Arthur is gone because of his childish features. But regardless, the 8th are ready to face against whatever comes their way.

This episode feels short in its adaptation, not just the rather surprising short runtime. DavidPro, you'd better buck up and pick up the speed in the pacing...

There is something off with the sound effects and music. Like hitting a baseball with a pool noodle, it leaves a lot to be desired. It actually kind of sucks the emotional impact out of the scenes.
I feel like this could be epic but it just doesn't feel right with the awkward direction and sound.

Great episode we got Burns vs Shinra and Joker finally this has been a fight I’ve been waiting to see same with Arthur vs Dragon, yall about to see how my guy Shinra gon beat burns without changing forms or going to different stages like what Burns is doing, Shinra is just that tuff😤🔥🔥🔥

I’m thankful for that little bit of Tamaki’s stomach we got thank you David Production🙏🏽

Arthur falling out the truck had me DYING when I read this in the manga bc it was so unnoticeable in the manga compared to the anime since we saw his glowing blue leg, but it’s funny knowing bros wandering around not knowing where to go🤣

That preview tho Tamaki fatass is just plastered front and center on the screen man I love it😭😭😭😭😭

I always had a feeling about Burns - even though I thought he was pretty damn cool - who knows, though, maybe by the end he'll do what whats-his-name-ice-dude thinks he's doing.

Well, I had a similar feeling about Joker, and I figured he was good, or at least a "decent" guy from the first appearance too. We shall see. His little speech or monologue to Shinra was convincing to me.

I also think Hinawa is HILARIOUS here. "Shut up" "We're rebels now" "We can lean out of car windows or whatever else we want now!"

Man, he gets into his role doesn't he... in the most ridiculously serious way you can say such a thing. And then, followed by "we're going to raze the Fuchu penitentiary to the ground!" - haha...

Also, those of you out there expecting major plot development in each episode must be new to anime entirely, HAHA... first time? Bet you can't find me even one that has that. Not one. I guess nuance and attention to detail both are lost these last few years amongst normies.
