| The pets are about to take over the Azatoth Empire, but there is still one person who can stop it: the Captain, who cannot accept the cute blasphemy. Liza bringing Kasumi and Sasara and Akaneko to the spaceship to see of the weird "animals", they're definitely creatures at best. While Akaneko is surprised of her first outing to space, Sasara gets acquainted with the Director Nhappa easily, while the Captain just wants to prove that Gee is the cutest of all. It's just that Sasara has some weird taste that confuses the aliens, though her love for the cugly a.k.a ugly and cute shows a way forward. And to get more experience, visiting an Earth zoo...would be the death of him. And so it is, the trip to the zoo with Liza, Kasumi and Seiji, as well as the aliens together like a family, and Liza's perchance of a pre-emptive by teleporting them back if they are overwhelmed with cuteness, it's too much stimulation for them. Fearing to lose, the Captain powers himself up while everyone loses out to the cuteness of the many animals from pandas to elephants, it soon freaks out Captain's mind. The Too Cute Crisis that once triggered Liza's involvement from the start, unfortunately the Azatoth Empire has no way of destroying Earth, so all the effort goes into research and more animal searching on Earth...which of course, equals more time with Yozora for time millenia. An alright series I feel, apart from "cute" being the show's ethos splattered left and right. |

| Obligatory Ashita no Joe reference. That Panda was "strong", he forced the Captain to level up for real. The giraffe was overkill xD Ideal finale for this show. It appears that the Zoo is truly the final destination for an alien invasion. Kawaisugi Crisis lived up to it's name. It was indeed too cute. 7/10 One of the shows I will miss for sure. S2 would be nice. |

| Pretty good finale for this show. The captain got involved with his pet and fearless girl Sasara called his pet cugly which was a great way to describe it. There were many funny and cute moments like when the aliens thought Sasara was a genius one of the other girls said no she's just a middle schooler that isn't afraid to speak her mind lol. I liked how they got most of the characters involved in visiting the alien's zoo and for the second half some of the aliens visiting an earth zoo but I don't think the captain saw a cat which was probably a good thing considering how a panda made him power up to try to resist its cuteness. I also really liked the humans' inner monologues throughout the series when Liza and the other aliens would over react or do something silly. While nothing big happened (other than aliens discovering the cutest animals in the universe) this was an enjoyable SoL anime with its comedic moments. Overall I give this a 7/10. |

| This show was as enjoyable from beginning to end, we got to see Red Pandas! I was so upset since the tease from last time but they captured their cuteness perfectly, they are the best, I feel pretty bad for those dragons that hurt themselves : ( missed opportunity that this show wasn't more educational or that at least it had some fun facts. Gee is pretty cute, until it makes a sound that is. |

| One of the hidden gems of the season for sure. Didn’t love every episode, but on the whole I really enjoyed this show. It’s a cute, fluffy and relaxing watch that hits at a perfect time of the week. I’m not a pet or animal person so I didn’t like it as much as some people, but I did like the characters and comedy. I also learnt quite a bit about some animals that I wasn’t too familiar with. Solid finale and now that Liza has her people’s full backing, she can go out and study animals to her heart’s content |

| Going to see the space creatures and ugly/cute definitely fit this kind of pet I believe lol. And they couldn't resist the cuteness of the animals in the zoo. Fun ending for a fun show, nothing much to say because it's basically just cute animals but I can only agree, pets are cool and cute :) |

| This episode was over so quick, it felt so short 😭 I'll miss this so much, at first I thought this was really mediocre, but then actual good side characters began to appear, Kasumi became one of the most likable characters ever (I LOVE HER SO MUCH), and the show became really fun and wholesome. I'm so glad this exist, very cool 👍 I don't know about the manga, and they show us some new characters at the end of this episode, but I don't think this will, or should have, a second season, it feels like the story is over, aliens and humans are now friends and they wiill slowly learn to "not die" over the cuteness of the Earth's animals, I feel there is not more plot to work with. Still, I would absolutely love to see more of these characters, all of them are likable, and I already miss Kasumi 😭❤ 8/10 This was, indeed, cute af |

| A brilliant finale, marking the only show of the season to get a full streak of "Loved it" reactions from me! I want a Gee-chan plushie! And if I had one of these neckpieces reacting whenever I freaked out about how much I love this show, I'd be in space now. I'd be in space since the first episode, actually. Anyway. At the start of the season, I told myself "This show will probably be your guilty pleasure. But try to keep an objective rating". But just like the aliens couldn't prepare themselves for the earth animals' cuteness, I could not withstand the cuteness and the humor of this show. I have never spend this much time laughing watching another anime. The pets are hillarious and relatable. The jokes are brilliant. The voice acting was amazing, especially Liza, Kasumi, Luster and Fiana. The reactions of the aliens never got old. The alien animals are hillarious and cute. The OST songs are super funny. I could keep fawning over this show forever! When I finished Uramichi-Oniisan as until-now best comedy anime at 9/10, I told myself "If I ever find a comedy show that has me laughing above 95% of the time, it gets the 10/10". I found one. Kawaisugi Crisis is not only my Anime of the Season, but also the 5th show ever I finish at 10/10. And even though it's unlikely, I will pray for a second season. I just need more of this!!! |

| Loved it! This anime was so cute, so happy I decided to watch it. My only critique is that the focus was 99% mammals only. But at least the penguins at the end were appreciated xD I'm still wondering what the animal pictures in the ending are. Are they submitted by staff members, or fans, or something else? It's a great little addition 🥰 |

| The reactions at the zoo in this ep were great and Sasara was pretty funny with how she was on the spaceship lol I would love to see more of this show but no idea if that could happen or not mroos said: I was wondering that too and thinking "I want my cat in there" ... | this show really was a sleeper comedy i can't recall there ever being something like this Liza really stole the show with her VA but all the VAs did a great job overreacting i think my only knock is that it doesn't look remotely that good but man was it cute and funny 7.5/10 i would love to see more they somehow managed to keep it entertaining all the way to the end (think the only boring episode was with the rabbit guy ?) people working on this really know their animals lol |

| Humans visiting an alien wildlife sanctuary and aliens visiting a human zoo to end the series. I was wondering when the would Captain finally get involved. Saved it to the end. So this series wasn't bad, though I felt like they could have leaned into the alien aspect of the premise a bit more, Mecha-Yozora and this last episode not withstanding. But it's a minor complaint really as the only reason this show exists is to show off cute animals. I mean cute is literally in the show's name for crying out loud, it ain't trying to be anything else. And I can appreciate that. And it succeeds at that goal fairly well I would say. Solid 7/10, pleasant but forgettable fluff. Also, in real life living in a home with too many cats brought in by others as I do, being a pet owner isn't all that glamorous. Cleaning puke and litter in particular sucks. Noticed that topic wasn't brought up all too often in this now was it? Wonder why... |

| Wow, watching this from start to last is fulfilling. Too cute of a story with a lot of hilarious characters and reactions. That's all I need from this series. 🥰🥰🥰 If we could get a sequel for this, I'd definitely hope for a better scope of animals next time and more information. Especially, since there are still a lot of supporting characters that have yet to see the terrifying cuteness of the animals, especially the two high ranking officers, Amato and Gaim. Sigh. They are unscathed from this season. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| A good way to end the series, finally have the alien leaders experience the animals of earth and witness each of them succumb to the cuteness, it was quite funny with the aspect that they got teleported back to the ship if they got overwhelmed, it was kinda like they were dying of cuteness that way lol. And after revealing some characters we never actually met in the show, it ends on Liza and Yozora alone together, it actually feels like it’s been a while since we’ve seen Yozora so that was nice lol, all the cute animals at the zoo won’t beat your own pet at the end of the day. And damn man, here I am finishing this show as Summer 2023 is in full swing, and I’m beating myself up still over not watching it for Spring 2023 as it aired lol, it was such a good show. It didn’t have the best production, but damn if it wasn’t just a cute and fun time, I never got tired of Liza reacting to different animals, and adding Garumi and Luster on top of it made it even better, and later on adding even more aliens into the mix lol, tho I’ll admit I did miss the early episodes when it was just Liza and the humans. My only true complaint of the series is the fact the aliens initially came with the intent of killing all of humanity with a poison mist, and then later on were revealed to be cute and wholesome and became buddy buddy with humans, it’s just kinda hard to believe they were cold killers before lol. That aside tho, this was without a doubt one of my favorites from Spring 2023 and it wasn’t even part of my season lol, that happens sometimes. I’d watch a season 2 of this one for sure if it ever came, but it did feel like this ended in a good place. |
