| So imagine that R18 OVA's were a thing that could exist, either for side stories or to have more freedom when adapting some more risque subjects. To be clear R18 could be erotica but it could also be gore or heavy subject matters or whatever isn't allowed in regular broadcasting. I think one obvious answer would be berserk but lets wait until they figure out how to make a good adaptation first. Another whack answer I have is air gear, I think it could be a really good fit to pump up the lewds to 11 (really I just want more air gear >.<) Bonus question: Would you like this to be a thing? i.e. when an anime does well it might get some R18 support. |

| A last one of those old late 80s early 90s Devilman OVAs. Would have been great to have one more to finish off the story with the hilariously cursed dub. Sure Crybaby is a great adaptation for modern day but there's something about the way the blood was animated and drawn in the old version that just feels more brutal while in Crybaby it just feels more gross and disgusting. Also, I just want to hear more funny bad dubbed dialogue like those memes. |
