| I may hate Muv-Luv, but it easily has one of the best visual novel soundtracks. It's beyond me why the anime doesn't use more of the game's songs. I asked a similar question back when the anime was airing. https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1964397 Perhaps they thought nobody would notice, since I rarely see the game's fans praising its soundtrack. |

Well not gonna lie but that song is not in my taste which you've posted so it wouldn't hit even to my top 300-400 openings (Yes I do skip them usually, but I listen to them 1-3 times and hear them countless of times at AMQ). From muv-luv specifically this one is uncomparable better than asu e no.. When it comes to any openings I don't see it (in my personal musical taste -> rock/heavy rock/metal/heavy metal majority) this opening even close to openings like these ones: |

It's pretty pronounced in the original YU-NO too (pc98). | I like your song, but I'm more used to more epic stuff when it comes to JAM Project, such as their Mazinger and Getter Robo openings, though I really like the instrumentals here. I just wish the song had more energy (unless it has something to do with the tone of the show). |

I still don't believe any banger soundtrack could save the disastrous content, even after taking your recommendation. Ah okay lol yeah lol that's pretty bad, especially considering the fact I hear it throws walls of text at you and drags in a lot of places. That and NVL are why I stuck to the anime. All i knew of the novel's OST is it has two tracks called "you" and "thank you" which are pretty good. Wonder if they patched any more music in the psp art one aside from these few lol |
