| Demon Slayer was one of the most heavily botted shows in terms of the ratings and character favorites in the last crack down on botting towards the end of 2021. However it still feels like a lot of characters have heavily inflated favorites. Tanjiro at 20k+ makes sense, however Zenitsu at 14k is insane. There is no way he is considered a top 100 character all time. Inoseke at 11k is a bit suspicious too, although he for sure has more appeal than Zenitsu I mean like seriously, youre telling me double the amount of people have favorited Zentisu over Rengoku? Mega sus |
| I mean clearly there are other animes other than DS which a lot of people accuse others for character botting so there's no need to care about the total amount of this and that anymore especially on MAL, our preference matters more I guess. |

Mega sus It's not insane though? Zenitsu is and will always be a fan favorite because of how "EPIC" his scenes are. The only people complaining about Zenitsu are the loud minority that want something to hate on(like elitists on MAL). I don't get how Tanjiro at 20k+ make sense but Inosuke at 11k and Zenitsu at 14k is sus? Sure, Tanjiro is the MC but the other two are more appealing characters imo since they have major personality flaws giving them potential to grow and improve. I was also present when bot accounts surged for most characters and animes. Demon slayer went to top 9 favorited its 12 now. Even after the bot cleared, some people were still saying that zenitsu that had 12k favs even before the bot surge so take all these bot clearing thing with a grain of salt. After bot clearing zenitsu's favs went to around 8500 and its 11k right now, so not much a difference considering how popular he is (If you hate a character than that doesnt mean he is hated by everyone, you are just part of the loud minority I mentioned). Plus make these bot threads on anime threads with actual bot accounts like Aot, Death note and Fmab. The amount of bots created every day just to increase their popularity and to keep their score the same is totally much more different than the number of bots that Kny has. |

Surely, because I find it hard to believe that any one with a functional brain would rate that garbage higher than a 3. 1's at 5000 votes doesn't even make sense because it should atleast be over a million, but 9's at 185,000 votes is just dreadful. Mega sus rating, for sure. |

| Botted or not i know more way more people who prefer Zenitsu over Rengoku than vice versa so it’s not that strange. It isn’t that strange that Zenitsu is popular either. I really started liking him a lot later in the manga. |
