Emilico's cheerfulness and curiousity is still all over the place but she seems to be adapting more and more to her environment. She's a kid so I do find it somewhat amusing that she doesn't show too much concern about her own life in that house. |

| Emilico doesn't seem to really understand the gravity of the situation shes in, I guess whatever method they used to trick these kids into working for them was very effective. Assuming they really are human and not life forms created by the house. |

| Man... Barbie is a bitch for sure. Blaming the dolls for no reason. Sure they can be clumsy at times but really they don't treat them well. Emilico on the other hand is just pure adorableness. She's so cheerful and full of positivity. I like Shaun's character quite a lot. Totally chill and do what he needs to do. Rum has a gentle character. All three of them haven't slept in three days, they really need rest at this point. But, she's getting along fine with everyone. But, damn that house is creepy. |

| Cloverworks will see a totally acceptable manga, and then decide they want to tear it apart and attempt to make it their own only to fail miserably every time. I can only hope that from here on they decide they decide to not skip out on entire characters that become important later on in the series... |

| I don't understand what everyone else is talking about.. did they do a TPN S2 thingy? but i find the episode to be pretty great and mysterious.. god i wish i could binge watch it.. i love how its Kate who narrates the preview the next episode title xD |
| Oh, so they changed the events in this episode. This could mean that the anime won't reach that specific part in the manga. |

| Clover works and butchering horror/Sci fi manga series, name a better duo. They really skipping over important characters and events yet again. I really don’t understand why they think this shit is a good idea. The manga is good on its own, it doesn’t need your revision. |

| Well based off the comments in this thread, it seems like this might turn into another TPN S2? Idk, I haven't read the manga so I don't know who or what was cut out, so this episode was still enjoyable for me. If this does end up like TPN S2, then that's a shame. Tf is going on over there at Cloverworks...... |

| Yep, no one trifles with the obnoxious Star Bearer Barbie. As much as Emilico wants to lend a hand, the situation of the Living Dolls isn't as easy as come-and-go, and every Living Doll's personality is tied to the Shadow master they're working for. The night duty with failure dolls Emilico, Shaun and Rum for over a week sure is taxing both physically and mentally. But Shaun's idea of sleeping outside is ingenious since they're literally locked out of their rooms at night time. And Run getting lost and captured by the Scorches To follow the similar formatting of Promised Neverland to cut the significant Veiled Doll character out in certain spots, this is the fear of going TPN Season 2 all over again (though not as bad as how Yuugo was cut out), and adding anime-original scenes won't help to divulge this one if too much is done the same way as TPN. Fingers crossed for at least a good adaptation. |

| oh great, cloverwork deleting another character yet again. my only guess they went in this direction because they didn't know robe had voice change since it was quite recently in manga to know who it was and how they disguised it. basically the chapter didn't make it in time with the production, though that's an easy fix by just asking the writer itself. or they don't plan on making season 2, but that doesn't excuse not having robe since it's only this episode that will have in effect and won't be brought up until the reveal. not as detrimental as deleting yugo, but my god they always cut certain details. |

I was under the impression that "being only in this episode and not being brought up again until the reveal" (which won't happen in the anime because there is no way they will reach that point with the current pacing) is precisely the reason they were removed. |
