| That's a good way to get up, I do it too. But when I'm too lazy even to jump, I have to sit on my bed and stay there with my eyes closed for a couple minutes. |

| So far, the most effective way to get me out of my bed is dying in my dreams. Noise doesn't do it cause I can sleep to metal and even irritating traffic noises when I was in the city. |

| These days, I get up exactly 5 minutes before I have to start clocking in for work. That is the only condition. I refuse to get up if it’s not time yet. One time, I got up exactly 9:59, just a minute before start of shift. Pre-pandemic, I get up 3 hours early to prepare. |
