Damn. I can’t think of a single character that has that many outfits. One that does come to mind is Sasuke Uchiha. His outfits throughout Naruto are amazing. I didn’t make a collage like you did but I found this picture:  |

| There is no one as drippy as Gyro Zeppeli. But for real, I will say anyone from Paradise Kiss wins this category. The whole aesthetic of the manga/anime is just fashion, and not the ridiculous kind. |
