| Well, the way I see it is, if you’re meant to remember something you’ll remember, if not then you’ll forget about it. I used to always worry if I had offended someone at my job, but after awhile it was pointless; if something I said really bugged someone they’ll bring it up again, if not then the past is past and I shouldn’t be worrying about it. If you feel you said something silly, don’t worry, most things blow over by the end of the day, if not within the hour. @_Nette_ I agree! If my mind is hyperactive nothing calms me down like doing something fun. I’ll watch anime, listen to music, play a game, whatevs... I used to be a HUGE WoW fan back in the day. Then anime came along and it took all my time away! Lol |
| If it's recent you could just do meditation and if it's particularly bad sleep deprivation after so the memories wont store as easily to long term memory though that is unhealthy to do too often . |
