this is normal if u gave bad score (under 5) for dropped anime but how about satisfying show, by the time when u finish it kinda hard to downrate score especially for ridiculous reason like Clannad before finish it (OMG DAT BIG EYES) after finish it (moi yamero da yoooo) Yorimoi (meh just another moe doing cute things) after finish it (sona baka na) Cowboy bebop (spike ? who is he ?) after finish it (do you want tobacco ?) Ansatsu kyoushitsu (WTF dat cringe octopus) after finish it (sensei senseiiiii) |

I’m really confused right now. Do you mean after I finish it I give a higher rating than what I initially would have given the show? If so then yes, a lot |

if there's a single thing I liked about it, then I give it 2/10. mind, I usually drop everything that I rate 1/10. |

That would be Steins;Gate for me. My only expectation for watching this show was the extremely high score in this site. The first half, while still good, was nowhere near that score. I would've given it an 8/10 at that point. And then came the second half - my god that was some of the best (and depressing) shit I've watched in all of anime. 12/10. |

I feel like a lot of the older productions might be like this because of the art style and/or production style back then. Examples are like The Wallflower, xxxholic, school rumble or even blood plus. These are shows I consider legends in the anime realm (just my opinion). But I’ve found it puts some people off because it’s an “old” anime. When I started watching them, I didn’t expect much (esp. from the wallflower) but by the end I was giving them a standing ovation xD |

Now if I have thought a series would be better than I started thinking when actually watching it? Yes, Steins Gate is such a series. I thought it would be a great Sci-Fi drama but Mayuri’s Tuturu ruined the whole series for me. yup its clear that Steins Gate one of best show ever n no one ever give bad score once finished it except for troller or hater lol nice one dude, another man of culture who ever i met :D _Nara said: I feel like a lot of the older productions might be like this because of the art style and/or production style back then. There have been occasions were I was initially put off by the anime the way it started but it kinda grew on me and I ended up not regretting watching it.. The best example is literally mentioned by you..Assassination Classroom is the one I had that experience with.. Tatami Galaxy was also something I thought I wont like..but I was hooked once i started going through the season.. |

ISeeLifePeople said: Yeah, the odds of a third season are pretty null at this point especially since the original light novel series is finished now. Regardless, the anime had to cut out a lot of stuff from the light novels to squeeze into 13 episodes, so it's not like I'd recommend starting with the anime anyway. If you want to get into the series, the light novels are a far safer bet.MrHatz4Patz said: Okay, so like for clarification, do mean shows that we started off meh/disliking, but came to really love by the end? I'd say there have been times when that is the case, but I can't recall most of them and what changed my opinion on them at the time. One I do kinda remember was for 3-gatsu no Lion; I mean, I really liked it even before the first season but it didn't scream to me that it would be a 9, but by the time it ended I was like 'yeah, you're actually pretty great ain't you.' Incidentally, the inverse has happened too where I expect I'll enjoy a show but ended up being let down by it. Serial Experiments Lain sticks out to me there. |

Well tbh nothing much changes..but as i watched it further.. the show just grew on me.. The show is quite subtle and unique in how it tells the tale..if you're not able to get into it after 3-4 episodes then there is not point in continuing..because the general ambience of the show remains the same.. |

One Piece and Detective Conan First of all because they'll never finish. They'll air forever till the world ends. And secondly, why the heck would you watch over 1 000 episodes of something you despise, what kind of masochism is that |

I think it's the opposite for me. I find it hard to give any anime a high score based on my list evaluation system but it's pretty easy to critically demean any anime and give it a bad score. Though if you still ask me I will say monster. It's hard to find flaws in it and I find the storyline to be excellent so it's relatively harder to score it bad. |
