| If she wants you to watch shounen ai with her, then just watch it with her.. It's not a big deal.. And if find any part of the show uncomfortable then just laugh about it and joke about it with her.. No biggy.. No worries.. Just watching a shounen ai won't make you gay.. |

| Bro, guys who are willing to watch Shounen Ai/Yaoi stuff with their girlfriend are hard to come across. Know that your girlfriend is gonna be so incredibly happy to watch it with you, but then again, if you're against it, don't worry. She'll hopefully understand. Anyway, to give you some security, don't worry about the level of gay. Doukyuusei is very PG rated visually, the story line/plot is something to think about though... But don't turn away, it's kinda interesting and engaging, and I gave this series a 9/10. |

| First Shounen Ai I've watched. Won't say I'm an expert because I'm not by a long shot, but its a good gateway into the genre. |

As for 'how gay is it', the question makes no sense to me. People are gay, not movies. Does the question 'How Hetero is this romance movie?' make sense to you? It doesn't to me. You can ask how graphic or explicit or rapey it gets and the answer for all 3 is not very much at all. Ah, the days before Pullman became a troll. These days this post would be 5 pages long, probably have a scale of degrees of gayness with a long winded explanation, and contradict it's self 5 times. Also I love how in a later post he disses people that watch anime on fast forward (which I'm not an advocate of either) yet in a more recent post I saw him go on about the virtues of how it's a great thing to do and goes into detail on how to do it. Oh how people change. |

| Doukyuusei is a great romantic film, like any other good romantic film it is a mountain of emotion with a great soundtrack and unique animation, the only differences with the "normal" ones is that it is a gay romance, so yes, on a "scale gay "is definitely a 10, because they are gay LOL. and in case you dont like it only lasts an hour |
