 Aniplex released a promotional video for the previously announced TV anime adaptation for the Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle multimedia project, revealing its main staff members. The anime, which will be produced under studio A-1 Pictures, will premiere in July this year on Tokyo MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, MBS, and other channels, as well as streaming on AbemaTV and other digital platforms.Staff Director: Katsumi Ono (Senki Zesshou Symphogear XV) Series Composition: Shin Yoshida (Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Arc-V) Character Design: Minako Shiba (Kuroshitsuji) Music Production: EVIL LINE RECORDS Production: Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle - Rhyme Anima Production Committee Centered around the rap battle culture, the 2.5D project revolves around six units competing against each other namely Busters Bros!!, MAD TRIGGER CREW, Fling Posse, Matenrou, Dotsuitare Hompo, and Bad Ass Temple. While the official anime website only listed the first four groups, the Division All Stars, which comprises all members of all units in the franchise, will perform the anime's opening theme song "Hypnosis Mic -Rhyme Anima-".
