What's even worse in my opinion is, that she doesn't even have a purpose besides being creepy as hell. As far as I remember at least. Edit: I'm halfway through Kancolle and Ooi almost gives Ume a run for her money as a creepy lesbian. |

| I'm surprised nobody mentioned Kawai Miki from A Silent Voice. She basically got away scotch free with everything she did and never expressed any remorse for her actions. Atleast one of the other girls had regrets about her actions. |
