In our tradition, we use these Talisman to protect from chinese jumping Vampires. You simply stick 'em to their foreheads and they'll stop.. If the papers aren't sticky enough, you can always use your boogers. So, it's also easy to use. And then you control those hopping Vampires with your Hand bell ding - 🔔 |

Play Watchmen Director's Cut and by the third hour, if you aren't asleep the evil spirit will be. This may require a Monster Energy Drink for the purpose of alertness. Take the evil spirit and place it outside, taking care not to invite it back in. Nobody makes it to the end of Watchmen w/ deleted scenes, so make sure not to try yourself or you will surely perish. |

Idk about the evil spirits, but negative energy defined by the outcome of a thermochemical reaction means that energy was consumed in the process (endothermic). Humans are always consuming energy, which would be a negative value, so just consume as little energy as possible. If you want to have a positive value, then you should try to release energy instead, like with arson, or maybe by exercising (your body will release heat i.e. energy). Another good way to obtain a positive energy value is by being a good person. If you are a bad person, then you will go to hell, which means that all your energy will be consumed by hell, so, obviously, the opposite of that, being good, must give off a positive value. |

Try looking into spiritual cleansing via the egg rub also known as La Barrida de Huevo. I have had this ritual done on myself whenever I sense bad energy coming my way. The process involves rubbing an egg around the entire body and then cracking it and pouring it into a glass of water. You can make a read on what type of bad energy you are getting by looking at how the egg white is distributed. You are then cleansed of that said energy or you may need further help. Depends on how severe it is. |

Evil spirits target those who are connected to the Holy Spirit. If evil spirits are not targeting a person, it's a clear indication that they are not a threat to those spirits. My advice would be to ask Jesus into your heart, and continue to ask God for the provision and strength to stand against all evils. If you are being haunted by evil spirits or even tormented by evil spirits, it's a good sign, even though it may feel dark and evil to you. |

Not sure I could make a recommendation. I just know some things. The hamsa exists in Islam, Judaism, and Christianity in the Mid East and North Africa. It also appears in Buddhism, and I think Hinduism. It was earliest known use was in Mesopotamia. This sometimes is depicted with the evil eye in the palm. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamsa The evil eye is one of the most universal symbols of protection because some varient of a protective eye shows up in so many cultures. Most often the iris is blue. http://www.bbc.com/culture/story/20180216-the-strange-power-of-the-evil-eye Smudging originated in Native American cultures however I also heard of it in Aboriginal Australian culture as well. There are various herbs used. Some people prefer to just use essential oil diffusers instead to avoid the smoke but of course this isn't so traditional. Salt is used for purification in Buddhism and Shintoism. I could see it making a mess though. Back in ancient Japan hemp was used by Shinto preists for purification and keeping evil spirits away. https://www.japantimes.co.jp/life/2014/04/19/lifestyle/cannabis-the-fiber-of-japan/ There are many Buddhist and Hindu mantras to drive away bad energy or spirits just as there are various Christian (especially Catholic), Muslim and Jewish prayers for it. There are many more but that's to name a few things. |

Idk 'bout spirits, but as far as negative energy goes I personally like to: surround myself with positive people who support me and want to see me win (and cut anyone who tries to make me feel some kind of way), laugh more, help others, appreciate the stuff I have and the W's I've gained and the ones I'll get in the future, and make positive choices in favor of myself |
