| If you need a feel-good, pick me up anime, I'd suggest Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. It's not without its sad moments, but it's a great show all about overcoming sadness and carrying on to do the impossible. Highly recommended. |

| I've never seen anyone who life change just because they watch anime. Anime can bring fun time in your life but it will never truly bring salvation. I would recommend some comedy anime like Gintama and KonoSuba. Hope that help your depression. |

| Not a particular series, but from my experience sports anime (take your pick), can really make a sport you find boring/and or don't know anything about, to really liking it and wanting to either play it or watch it in real-life. Happened to me with Tennis after series like Baby Steps & Prince of Tennis. |
