| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The finale is fine I guess. They pretty much threw all the action in at once. I think this episode/finale had the most action out of all the episodes. Pretty predictable that Yuzuki survived and reunited with the guys again. Meh, besides some parts of the action, the story just felt really blend. Not going to miss this show. |

| Pretty decent finale. There was a lot of action. Everyone worked together to fight that giant yukuma, but they couldn't do it, so Hideyoshi and Nobunaga had to drink Yuzuki's blood to defeat it. This is not a good show overall. |

| Lmao mess. Even in the last episode I'm still getting confused which guy belongs to which army and I don't remember half of their names. Rather predictable ending to the fight since Yuzuki's blood didn't have a chance to come into play til now. But that blood sucking scene was ridiculous. They looked like they rehearsed their actions and idg why both of them have to suck at the same time. The transformations after that was right out of a magical girl show. In the end, figured nothing about Himemiko nor how to get back to the future or how Yuzuki even got here in the first place. Imari was useless from start to end. If there is a second season I want all the guys to be teleported to the future with Yuzuki. That would be more interesting. Though I doubt that's what happens in the game. At least I got some nice songs off this show. I appreciate that. Especially Gegga no Toki as the last episode ED. |

| Hideyoshi & Nobunaga drank the blood of Yuzuki and became super saiajin and defeated the b0ss Yakuma! and the animation was an abomination! 3/5. 6/10. |

| Hideyoshi is so fucking pathetic, refusing to work with Nobunaga just because of his selfish pride and ego thus put Yuzuki in danger, and she did coz Hideyoshi let her run around like a little kid lol and then ask Nobunaga to work when it's too late lmao Also, Hideyoshi's advances to Yuzuki was creepy, I'd prefer if she ends up with anyone in Nobunaga's army or Nobunaga himself just not those generic white knights Every other armies are generic white knights except Nobunaga and his army 5/10 |
| So in the end we got no answers as to Himemiko and whether Yuzuki will return to her own timeline or not. Meh. Everything was bland and generic, although the premise could have been more interesting. There were supernatural elements, and obviously the characters themselves being supernatural creatures, but none of this was exploited in the least. Anyway. It was plain boring but it didn't have something specific that annoyed me like most of my lower scores so I'd give it 4/10. |
| So this was basically a low-rent Hakuouki (girl with magical blood, historical bishounen with a supernatural twist) with a mess of a story and an unsufferably bland heroine set in the Sengoku period instead of the Bakumatsu. And that's saying something considering as much as I like Hakuouki I never liked Chizuru (except in Okita's route). I hope the otoge is better than this. In the end I felt really lukewarm toward both of the main guys, Nobunaga was never warm enough and Hideyoshi just acted like an idiot most of the time. The only warlord of note that I liked was Yukimura, the others needed more development and screen time instead of the tons of secondary characters running around. Or they needed to be eliminated and just focus on the characters in the Toyotomi and Oda factions. Add a completely useless and annoying mascot character and a wide open ending that actually created more questions rather than answering the ones it already asked, this was a big bishounen disappointment. 5/10, and that's being generous. |

| Yuzuki was surprisingly useful in this finale by giving Hideyoshi and Nobunaga her blood, but I have to say it felt like an erotic scene. Yuzuki was passed around most time of the show, you didn't get her allegiance exactly (she was a fickle girl). The story took many turns from Himemiko saga, to being transported to another, to being passed around to war of unification to war with the Yakumo ( what the hell, make up your mind dammit).What about the fact she has to go back, the romance and when I we going to see this Himemiko woman ( her relation to Yuzuki) I felt like the directed compressed everything together, in order to fish audience interest oh it was a pain to watch. The over the top character design ayayaya, I'm talking glittering costumes, long hair and silky shiny, long eyelashes, what the hell! its a 5/10 from me, could've been worse |
