| I've never seen anyone watch anime in public here. There aren't many anime watchers around here anyway. If I do see someone watching anime in public, I might start talking to them, discuss anime. And if they are serious anime watchers, I might talk to them about otaku culture, waifus/husbandos and other things. If they are watching shit anime, I will go over to them and tell them GIT GUD M8. |

| Honestly this has happened to me like 2 to 3 times. Even though they were watching shows I wasn't really that big on, (OP and SNK) I still had the urge to talk to them and possibly become friends with them. But then I was reminded that I'm an anxious and awkward mess and can't even start up a normal conversation properly. |

| I don't know why, but when I read what you said I felt as though you may be embarrassed about watching anime. Maybe you feel that way about other people watching anime in public because you're not able to fully embrace as they are. This is just what I felt when reading what you said. For me though, I feel excited seeing other people watching anime. I enjoy anime and it's not often that you come across other people who openly let you know that they enjoy it as well. When I see people watching anime in public I would go and talk with them if I knew them, otherwise I would just enjoy the fact that someone else enjoys anime as well. |
