What are you looking forward to this season?
| Sequel announced~ Although this wasn't a surprise imo, this summer should be fun. Just curious but what are people looking forward to in this sequel? |

| I actually want to see this become more like a sports show with new rival schools and competitions, I'm pretty sure that is possible now considering that the problem with Rin is now resolved. I also hope that if there are new schools, they come with some pretty interesting characters. |

| I want them to be older lol (in the university? yes plz) I remember reading somewhere on tumblr that in an interview, the director(?) said that if they had the possibility to make a continuation they didn't wanted Makoto to go to the same university as Haru or something like that (the only thing I can remember of that post is that, sorry!) but in any case, what I want for season 2: 1) all the guys being older (please) 2) MAKOTO 3) Haru 4) half naked guys 5) bromance |

Some Seigou and Makoto <3 But the main thing I'd really love to see would be some swim action! More focus on swimming techniques/strokes. Just any swimming in general would be nice. |

| I'd really like some Nagisa this season. Although my heart belongs to Makoto, Nagisa was the only main character who didn't get an episode focusing on him in season one. Oh, and I don't think we need to worry about Haru and Makoto graduating this season. They were in 11th grade season one, IIRC, so they'll be seniors in season two. If they even go up a grade at all, that is. |

| I am really looking forward to seeing them swim together with Rin some more! And the rivalry! Rin obviously can't be the main rival anymore since the end of season 1 happened. I'm really hoping they won't have a too similar rival this season. I want to see Rei, Mako and Nagisa grow some more. Everyone were on about how amazing Haru was, which is true! But I wanna see the others really shine! I also want a lot more Rin! Please Kyoto animation! More Rin! Have Miyano-sama talk some more! |

| A plot that doesn't deal with awfully forced teen drama. Gou x Mikoshiba, make it so! Duh, more Mikoshiba overall. Rei not being put on the bus in favor of Rin. Yeah, yeah, it made sense in the finale but it still left a sour taste in my mouth. ... Now that I think about it, they might make the 2nd season about Rei's being an outsider. Well, it might be more substantial than Rin's crazy issues. More silliness and not taking itself serious. Guys acting a little more like guys preferably? Also it would be nice if Nitori didn't show once for the entire show. Or at least give him more serious role than yelling "senpai" in a whiny tone all the time. |

| Makoto and Haru hooking up. Okay, just kidding. :p Honestly if they made any couples canon that would be a bad idea on KyoAni's part (except maybe Mikoshiba and Gou) as that would cause a lot of fans to be angry if it wasn't the pairing they liked. But not like that's going to happen anyway as it isn't a BL (despite more than critical comments about the show being one). But honestly I would like to see more actual competitions, this will be Makoto, Haru, and Rin's last years of high school so they should get pretty serious. Also, this opens up the possibility of new swim team members coming in as first years. That'd be nice but I'm also not sure if I'd like to see the team harmony be changed up by a new character. Also more friendship/bromance and most of all just overall more Makoto haha. No more girl characters as I'll barf if any sort of romantic fodder gets thrown in I'll be pissed (unless its Mikoshiba and Gou hooking up). |
