Blondie was mad becasue he hid his power from her, Loli was mad because he actually displayed his power instead of hiding it like her. Meh, the characters seem more interesting than in the first episode (I only mean the 17th platoon, everyone else is just too unoriginal as of now). I kind of like this whole capture the flag, war games set up, even though I thought it was a little stupid in the beginning. Should turn out to be a mildly entertaining show. |

I would like to see the guys from where it looks like Layfon was younger come in. I like how Mecchi is acting like a secrete admire it's cute. I really liked this episode and it made the characters definatly more interesting. This anime so far looks nice the OP is kinda weird but the music is decent. But it fits my style. :3 |

| The action is pretty good, everything else is a bit boring. btw, why do I get the (as far as i know incorrect) feeling that this was made from an eroge? probably because of the soft-spoken loli. Reminds me of the blond girl from Koi Koi 7 |
| so looks like the whole bug fighting thing in the first ep was indeed the past. Now it seems like he's just trying to get an education and avoid fighting. To bad things didn't work out the way he intended them too. Ep was pretty damn good overall. I'm still attributing all the goodness to the techno and rave music they got playing in the background. |

| lol, that was a nice episode. The beginning was abit boring, but it finished it up with a bang. The techno tunes really suits the battle scenes nicely, imo. Really looking for the next episode, this show has potential. |

| My current favorite of this season. The episode all in all was engaging and I think they paced it well not clumping all the action during just one part. At the end I definitely agree that Nina's mad because now she thinks during their little duel he held back on her and the other girl is mad because he actually caved in and showed how much he was really worth. I will admit I talked to the screen a bit during this episode, because I'm a dork like that. |
| One of my favourites for Winter 09. Good episode, I can't wait to see how Layfon holds up against both Nina and Felli. Also, I'm unnaturally excited whenever Takehito Koyasu talks. |

| That ep. was awfully predictable. It was just boring. Animation was quite well, but fight scenes was to typical - like in average shounen. After first ep. I was expecting something better. |

| Good anime. It definitely has potential, and let's all hope next episode will be even better. I'm very interested in Layfon's past, but it seems like uncovering it will be a gradual process that'll expand across a few more episodes. |
| I thought the rave music playing when Layfon finally busted out his power was really off. It just didn't sound good mixed in with a scene like that. |

| So far this series is living up to my expectations, though we don't really know much about the plot or the characters just yet. (Which is why the fact that this show has four reviews already seems just a bit ridiculous.) Nice fight scene...hope we get more of them over the course of the series as most of the shows I've watched lately haven't really had any. From what I know from the manga though (don't worry, I won't spoil), I don't think I'm going to like the loli very much. She's deliberately sabotaging her team by holding back, and that's not cool. Hopefully Lei-fon's reasons for holding back are less pathetic than "I don't like my brother". |

I liked the episode a lot, but after seeing some of, what I assume are the future pieces of the story on a whole, from the first episode, I'm a little skeptical. Also, it seems like someone released a 1280x700 version of both episodes so far with Ayako's subs. Helped wash out some of that eye cancer from the LQ versions. ^^' |

From watching the flash backs, it seems to suggest he was some elite fighter in the past but he left that life behind to live a peaceful life studying for a non military career. Then he was pushed in to it again against his will but he knows if he shows his true power, he will be pushed even further back in to the same life instead of how he wanted it to end up and then he might as well just not left his previous life (and someone whom i assume was his girlfriend) before. |
