| Why does she have the same voice actor as Holo? This is only making me like the mc from this anime even more. <3 Though the huge breasts are definitely unnecessary. I wonder if this is going to be good, it totally gives me feels of 24-episode anime even though it's only going to have 12. |

| I liked this episode a lot. The Demon Queen was so delightful and I liked the humour. The background art was nice though not the best ones I've seen, but it works in this kind of series well. The opening song and main theme were also nice. |

| Watched it. And I raise a question - how is this fun? Cause really, now it's only a dumb couple doing uninteresting things - "dotei" and a lustful bitch, seen this way too many times. I hope it improves, much. And no - please don't compare this to Spice and wolf - totaly different vibe. |

| A good pilot episode to start the 2013 year. Maou sounds much cuter than I pictured. It really does resemble Spice and Wolf in both characters and plot, which is a good thing considering how enjoyable the other show is. |

| A really good first episode. The visuals fit the medieval setting very well. Voice acting was top notch, just as expected. Music was also great (maybe except the OP), plus the ED by Arai Akino, who also sung a song for Spice and Wolf, was beautiful. Oh and ♥♥♥ Maou ♥♥♥ |
| It's been ages since I read the manga but I completely am adoring the Maou and the series, it feels a lot like Spice and Wolf, especially with the talk of economics. I'm sure those generic viewers who expected lots of fighting will end up dropping it with its heavy dialogue episodes/scenes. Oh and to mention. Her boobs are a plus. |
| Dam nice 1st episode. Had a great atmosphere to the show. Loved the opening, not sure why all the hate on the opening. Hopefully the series is strong and keeps at it. Usually alot of short series half way just messes up. |

| I liked it. A lot of fanservice. Demon's King boobs (lol at how it sounds) bounce nicely :) Only thing I'm afraid of is that this anime got 12 episodes and from what I can tell from opening it got about 50 characters. Will they have time to show all of them or will it be cut from one character to another like crazy. But still, I think I'm gonna enjoy it :) |

| This was great. The OP was nice, and I really liked the ED. It gave me the same feeling as Dantalian's OP. This's left a good first impression for me. I saw the PV and I thought it'd have a lot more fanservice, but I'm glad I was wrong. |

| Great start for the series ... i was a bit worried at first since it was quite different from the manga but im glad they did what they did for the first episode. Looking forward to the next episode ... and Jun voice acting is top notch as expected |

| the manga is exceptional. I feared to be disapointed by the anime quality, but it is another art and it is fine. In various ways, it look like S&W, but the story is more deep and not centred on economic process. I hope the quality won't drop :) |

| This exceeded my expectations, i already knew the concept and story had great potential because well the manga is simply awesome, but then again not all anime adaptions deliver but for a first episode this was simply great, the OP got me so hyped also because if they adapt it all it means they will reach where the manga currently is, i only hope it maintains this quality because if so then the later parts of the series will be simply amazing, i can't wait XD. |

| Read some of the manga, loved it. Damn, that was great. I like the opening and the first episode didn't disappoint me at all. Art was gorgeous, great VAs, followed the manga nicely, nice music... Seems to be more FS than I remember though. o.o And they were fake horns. XD (But seriously, her chest was distracting, and Highschool DxD in recommendations already? =.=) |

| Very fast start into this anime. Really interesting and keeps entertaining. I second the Spice & Wolf feeling but it wasn't on the same level. Still character interaction was hilarious with superb VA. Animation and characters design is ok, I don't mind the fanservice so far. Medieval hug pillow was epic win! The overall plotline sounds interesting but I'm not quite sure what going beyond the war means. :D Overall this surpassed my expectations by far, keep it up! |

| I wasn't really excited to watch this, or more like it just looked interesting and so I had put it on my plan to watch list. But the first episode impressed me! It reminds me a little of the manga Superior, where the Yuusha meets the Maou. I like how there is economics involved, and again, like Superior, where the Demon King asks, "who decided that?" when Yuusha comments that demons are evil. I hadn't looked at the cast either, so I was surprised to hear Fukuyama Jun's voice come out of the Yuusha's mouth. Awesome! I miss Chuunibyou, so I'm glad to be hearing Yuuta's voice again :) I laughed out loud when Maou removed her horns o_O definitely wasn't expecting that either. This is something I think I will enjoy, especially with the pretty bgm and the interesting themes. However, the one thing that will keep annoying me is Maou's chest...I think it's totally unnecessary. But that's just my opinion. Hopefully I will be able to ignore that. Otherwise, great first episode. Definitely had me hooked. |

| Hopefully this anime doesn't continue to show such excessive amounts of fanservice. Apart from that, I enjoyed this episode. The main characters are pretty likable and I've taken a liking to the twist of the typical RPG story. |
| finally 24min jan serie T_T !! they released like 10 3-5min series.. which i dont really want to watch. So looking forwards formore 24min anime But as for this anime. I like it :D Seems really nice and interesting |

| The explanations weren't as in depth as I remember from the manga, which reduced the realism of the hero's decision, but I liked it overall, especially the hug pillow ;) |
