| I'm very afraid that Tetsuo might end up getting killed. Well not that I care about him anyway. Hanamichi's getting more serious and trying to be more careful and not try just to look cool. |
| This was a good episode. It was interesting to see some growth from Hanamichi's character, and the dramatic moments were done really well, without feeling forced or overdramatic. |

| I love that Sakuragi wants to be better... He's a real mess but he's trying. And I believe now Haruko's not the only reason why he wants to. The match was short but I'm glad they don't make three-to-five episodes long matches all the time. It varies and that makes it pretty enjoyable. |

| It’s good to see Sakuragi seeking to improve at defending. The police officer popped out of nowhere. Even someone as talented as Rukuwa keeps seeking to improve by practicing late at night. I have a bad feeling about those guys at the end of the episode. |
