| The basics are essential... and seeing Sakuragi practice seriously is great!! Yes! Shohoku vs. Kainan was a real wake-up call for him. I'm happy now. The character development has finally, finally come! (Took like 60 episodes...) He's not using the annoying "Because I'm a genius!" lines as much now. And, Kainan vs. Ryonan! I was irked when the lady said that it might as well be the deciding match, but I myself can't wait to see it. "Fuku-chan" is one of the Ryonan regulars it seems (I don't recall him from the practice game). But tbh, I expect Kainan's win. I mean, in the practice match with Shohoku, Ryonan won by only 1 point, and that was before Miyagi and Mitsui's arrival, and Sakuragi's improvement. But hey, it's been like 50 episodes, maybe they have drastically improved as well... |
| I was cracking up when Sakuragi woke up and saw the old men playing croquet on the basketball court, this world's gone insane! It worked out that he was late though, since Akagi made a point that he should save his new found abilities for Ryonan. Can't wait to see Ryonan vs Shohoku but first Ryonan vs Kainan is gonna be a sight to see. |

| This show is LEGEND. The quality is so high. He's finally shooting baskets up close. I hope the defense doesn't make him wilt from the pressure. Shoot strong against those defenders, Sakuragi! For once we get to watch the bloodshed between other characters (who aren't the core ones we care about). This'll be fun. Once all is said and done this could be one of my favorite shows. |
| Glad Sakuragi is practicing his jump shoot :) He seem to have matured a bit as well, doesn't complain as much compared to his early trainings. Sakuragi will surprise everyone for sure!!! |

| Finally, the personal training Sakuragi needs! This is going to be a game-changer. Also, him being late benefited the team in a strange way since other teams didn’t get to see his massive improvement. |
