| well this anime is gearing more and more towards kurapika now, i just hope they dont lose sight of their original goal. and i'm excited to see if we can get the prophecy to be true. gon and killua need to learn som new abilities, everyone has som sort of ability except them 2, their like zero's at this point. |

| I'm sure before MAL's forums were wiped 37246278546 times, HxH OVA had a lot of discussion. This OVA is easily my favorite arc of the HxH anime. The really dark color palette works better for Yorkshin than any of the other arcs that were animated. And after this is when they switched to digital coloring which x_x really doesn't fit imo. |

Oh hey, a familiar face. =) That makes sense. It's a shame the discussions were never recovered. Yeah, it just fits the mood of the entire arc. Speaking of which, I'm a little worried that the new series is going to screw up Yorkshin. With the bright colors and all, it's such a stark contrast. And how they'll handle the violence is another topic altogether... Digital coloring, eh? I keep hearing bad things about the Greed Island OVAs. |

Considering the whole Greed Island thing it's pretty clear that Gon will be back in the spotlight again once Yorknew is over. It seems to just be alternating character focus. I wonder if Leorio will ever get his own arc...? |
| That was one hell of an improvisation by Hisoka, absolutely brilliant on his part considering there weren't any easily noticeable holes in his fake prophecy. Was laughing so hard when he started getting excited about Chrollo. I like how everyone is now operating under the assumption that the Community is scared, hiding the fact that it's actually completely collapsed due to the deaths of the 10 Dons. |

| Damn. This episode is quite slow, considering the ending of HxH original tv series, but at least we have Hisoka operating with his own agenda. I am rooting for him all the way. Also, some art changes for Hisoka. I think this OVA is gonna be dark. About the auction,.. I think they won't be coming back. But let's see. BTW. This OVA may not definitely conclude with a resolution to Lucifer(being 8 episodes and all, it may take place over only one week). But this is nice. Hisoka may have used the misinterpretation of the prophecy to his advantage. Hyped for the Nen blade of Gon next episode. |

| Weird for an OVA since it just continues like another episode of the 1999 anime with no difference. Though that's also good since the story can just continue like that. |
| The OVAs started strong, with no time to catch up or think too much, the reread to the past episodes was useful. Being my favorite arc, I’m enjoying it. I don’t remember that Kurapika and Hisoka had that interaction, so they fooled Chrollo? |
