Retrogression of the anime industry? That's what you get when you only pick successful light novels and manga to serialize. Come on guys, show some backbone and cough up something worth watching

Hopefully they're not going to make something as "creative" as Sora no Woto or Occult Gakuin...

So after A1 Pictures tried their luck with Anime no Chikara, it's AIC's turn to have a shot at something similar eh? Good luck to them being able to produce some good original stuff.

Yeah, i think robot means mecha. Usually i don't like mecha, but for example Star Driver is quite epic so maybe...

More anime-original material is a good thing.

It better be a mecha with cute girlswith something similar to Strike Witches except minus the magic or better yet keep the magic since it would sell either way if there will be a lot of ecchi.

If it was a studio that I like, I'd be really looking foward to it. But, since it's AIC I don't have much hope...

If the director is apprehending the retrogression of the Anime industry, he better not make overly cute characters.

Dude, don't try to be a smartass. Everyone knows original anime is merely a label for any anime that's not an adaptation, which is the norm of modern anime.

Translation: We need attention so let's say the industry sucks and is unoriginal to help hype our generic anime!

I hate Noitamina but they at least are VERY creative.

They probably just mean the moe wave should die. After all, isn't THAT the current cancer of the industry, or some shit statement like that. I couldn't care less either way. And kind of funny for AIC to say this right after they finished doing Strike Witches, one of the most blatant examples of fanservice pandering as of late.
