| Souffle had a wholesome moment. But Elio and then Lulu came lol. Syd says he has decided on a girl and it was Souffle. Souffle confessed as well. But she's fine with all four of them living together. She's the best. All the girls were the best girl tbh. Technically a harem ending. Syd running away from the girls was funny. Wish we could've seen more from them. But sadly it didn't work out for 22i this time. There will be an extra chapter with the final volume out in September. There's that but it's still sad. Gonna miss his art. Hopefully he can come back strong next time. |

| A super chaotic harem chapter to end the series. This was such a fun chapter. Love all the girls and hope they can all be happy together. Sad this got axed, I knew this wouldn't last long but still. Hope Taishi Tsutsui sensei comes back with another fun series someday. PS. Mafuyu Kirisu best girl. |

| RIP, all Misery got was a cheap cameo. Why you gotta do best-girl dirty? :( Now that the series is over, I can officially complain about how useless Hakua is. Seriously, what does she actually add to the plot, LOL? (And yes, I know it's hypocritical of me to call her out when my favorite character is the one who shows up in, like, 2 chapters and does absolutely nothing except talk about how evil she is. LOL, don't take my complaints too seriously. XD) |

WTF SO WHO WON WAS IT SOUFFLE OR HAREM ENDING?! God damn I loved this series so much, surprising to see it was more positively received in the west than in Japan. I still hold this series in high regard, would've loved it to have 100 more chapters of rom com, ecchi shenanigans but oh well... MISERY DESERVES HER OWN SPIN OFF! | Premature ending was honestly predictable, school setting (We Never Learn) can be a background thing because everyone went to school so everyone can relate to it to some degree but crime/detective setting also as period piece? not so much, so there needs to be bigger focus on mysteries, crimes etc. and characters have to mirror that. But we got adult MC who is too afraid what people will think after learning he read super popular/mainstream romance novel and doesn't like blood... at least it was explained why Detective doesn't remember Inspector and vice versa, instead both being just incompetent.
