| Competition in the workplace is nothing new but kinda exciting to see. It appears this anime still loves its cat themes and memes. Now it's Takuma's chance to be a cat by putting him that outfit LOL. It's funny how that cat outfit got the attention but Shiori looked uncomfortable. So many silly moment as usual. |

| Katase being jealous during the presentation was funny. Seems she does have feelings for the main and is starting to realise it hopefully they will be a couple soon. The team that won was a surprise guess you can't have everything. |
| Meowtaro uniting the minds and hearts of the working men and women since 1999. And maybe thats the way to go Japan, having cute meowtaros instead of safety nets on the windows of your companies ... .. . I like the new girl actually, kinda shame she was introduced this late. |

| 人を飲む (hito wo nomu lit. swallow a person) - to write the kanji for "person" (人) on one's hand three times and mimic swallowing them (as a technique for calming one's nerves) The eyecatches are nice in this one. (I had to google what these "commercial break screens" are called) Scene after credits! 21:48 What dialect is this? It sounds so quirky. If you told me that this isn't japanese I would believe you. | Shiori's Meowtaro mode, Shinozaki's doing the lead-in well. The Meowtaro new hire competition is heating up, and Shinozaki needs to play a good game against Kurusu in order to keep Manager Akina alive in their team. And Shinozaki hopes that Shiori will be able to help Kurusu be relieved somewhat, and her impression of Meowtaro...she did her best no matter how much she tried. Her best picture so far, and wanting to impress her manager, she wants to encourage, but ended up putting pressure on her, which evens out the entire Development Group 1 into helping her. It's D-Day of the competition, and Shinozaki has a costume ready from Hayakawa, just as Shiori had a rival to beat, and Kurusu is not making it easy for the presentation, which she goes before him. The sad part is that Shiori doesn't know of the deal, and while Shinozaki apologized to her, he assures her that he won't lose. It's time for the presentation, and their strategy being of friends, but while Shiori is not happy that Shinozaki was touched around by the other colleagues, he did a good job. Enough to have a big hug...but too bad that;s Manager Akina behind the costume. The nerve-racking results...and both Shinozaki and Kurusu tied for an award of excellence, which while it's not the full-fledged prize, efforts count and relationships are abound. The real prize going to Yamagishi's team...what the hell lols, a team of little motivation winning it big, what a disparity. Companies be ludicrous, but that's the way of the world. |

| Looks like the deadline's got everyone on edge. Shiori's an expert at ignoring the hostility of others it seems. Learning to fight battles that you can win is one of the most basic of lessons that one has to learn when working. Its good that her boss was the understanding type though and got her the help that she needed. The super friend idea was a pretty good one though the side effect of Katase's jealousy towards Shinozaki's popularity sure was scary. The results though sure was one hell of a upset. |

| Shiori getting Jealous seeing all the girls around Meowtaro during the presentation was so cute to see as well as her keeping Shinozaki motivated all the way through the project she really is a amazing Senpai |
| Aw really good episode today. Kurusu learnt a lesson that we can all take something from. It’s ok to admit that you don’t know how to do something. Even at work. Rather that than forcing your way forward while doing things incorrectly, ask for help. There’s no such thing as a dumb question. Very kind of Shiori to help her through her issues and Shinozaki for noticing that Kurusu was struggling Shiori getting jealous during Shinozaki having girls around him during the presentation was cute and asking for a hug from Mewotaro “everyone else got to touch you” lol Hopefully she’ll start to realise that a relationship with him is possible. I know the whole workplace relationship debacle from a couple episodes ago was tough, but they can pull it off 😂 Finale next week |

| Aw man now Magical Girl Shiorin this episode. Shinozaki is under pressure to win the new hire competition, but he's fortunate to have Katase's support. Meanwhile, Kurusu is feeling even more pressure, as she wants to make Takatsuka proud and meet her expectations. It becomes so overwhelming that she even sheds tears. Thankfully, Shinozaki kindly directs Katase to her. Ultimately, Shinozaki and Kurusu end up tying and not winning the whole competition (farewell, Okinawa plans). Kurusu takes the loss particularly hard, but Takatsuka is there to offer her support and help her realize that she didn't necessarily need Akina; she had cherished subordinates by her side all along. And Yamagishi emerges as the unexpected winner! The guy who initially didn't even want to participate. What was his secret pitch? Yamagishi catches Kurusu using her rural accent and actually compliments her on it. They playfully tease each other, solidifying their budding relationship. |

| It was nice seeing Shinozaki want to cheer up Kurusu despite the competition, man’s too nice for his own good lol, and Kurusu isn’t the stone wall she appeared to be because she had the waterworks multiple times this episode lol, it’s cute tho, only thing is I’m not sure if I’d want to be seen crying by my coworkers, and there were a lot of people in that big room lol. And I was kinda surprised neither of the main groups won, guess we won’t be getting a beach episode finale next week lol, but I did like the situation with Kurusu and Takatsukasa resolving there, and Kurusu’s moment with Yamagishi there at the end was pretty cute too with her dialect coming out, we’re near the end of the show but I want to see more of these two already lol. And lastly, there weren’t many but the Katase and Shinozaki moments in this one were nice, I especially loved Shinozaki catching Katase while she was singing and dancing to herself at the beginning, as well as when she realized the Meowtaro she was talking to wasn’t Shinozaki lol. And we have one more next week, this was definitely a favorite show of mine this season, it never fell off for me like it did for some. |
| Senpai getting jealous was amusing. Otherwise didn't really care about the whole thing. Their presentation was pretty dumb tbh and we didn't even get to see the other two presentation not that I was expecting to see it in the first place. One more episode to go. Probably gonna happen something nice in the finale. |

| I wish I could draw half as bad as Kurusu, that was a pretty funny end for that competition, it was so easy to assume Shinozaki was going to win just so we could have a swimsuit episode but they subverted out expectations and Yamagishi won, sometimes the bare minimum effort for what someone asks is exactly what's needed. |
| With the competition deadline fast approaching, the pressure of getting things done only gets tougher and tougher. While Shinozaki's team were dealing with this effectively, Kurusu was really struggling on her project, mainly down to the lack of drawing skills when she tried to draw Meowtaro. Shiori was able to help her out with some highly useful advice of not trying to do too much on your own and not feel ashamed in asking others for help. With that advice in mind, Kurusu was able to muster the confident needed to ask her manager Takatsuka for help, in which she was all too happy to oblige, leading to a wholesome scene with the rest of the 1st development group giving their vocal support for Kurusu. =) Although Shinozaki's team had a really fun plan during the important day of the competition, which included a costume Meowtaro that got all of the attention of the female staff that made Shiori jealous, before finding out that it wasn't Shinozaki inside the costume, but Akina instead, their team, as well as Kurusu's team, were tied for the excellence award, but missed out on the top prize of most valuable new recruit. Yamagishi was the winner here, even though he didn't want to take part in the competition at all. If only we knew how he won... The post credit scene with Yamagishi and Kurusu finished up the episode in a cute and amusing fashion which had me smiling. Let's hope the final episode also ends on a good note, too. |

| Episodes without much of manager or main's sister just lack substance. Also, if they've time to hint a ship this late into the season, they better do something about the main one as well.. except leaving it hanging. |

| I really thought that Takuma was going to win so we could watch a beach episode (and Shiori in a bikini) in the finale but alas that was not meant to be. I did figure that it was not Takuma in the costume when Shiori wanted a hug especially after the person tried to run off and it ended up being the manager (btw he's a good skater). Hoping for a confession or something like that next week but I won't hold my breath.... |
