Unpredictable, weird as hell events as usual with Fujimoto... Great paneling in that scene, so damn awkward, imagine sitting next to a killer who is so casual about it WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HOW DOES SHE KNOW ABOUT YORU JUSTICE DEVIL???!?? Imagine a friend of yours starting to say that he killed someone yesterday and that the body is in the backyard, I would have the same reaction as Asa. I would sweat cold. | This chapter was so well written and the panelling was chefs kiss. I just loved how bone chilling Yuko's dialogues were. How non chalant she was about killing a person was just genuinely spooky. The fact that Yuko is gonna attack Asa's bullies does fullfill Yoru's motivation to bring a devil to school as well. I feel like the next chapter is gonna be a banger. I am guessing Asa would end up fighting Yuko and turn her into her weapon in the next chapter. I personally am enjoying part 2 a lot so far. I just love how well paced it is compared to the original part. Chainsaw man might turn into an an even better manga than it already was if Fujimoto keeps this level of storytelling and pacing for the rest of part 2 as well. This chapter gets a 5/5 from me. |

| 4.5/5 So yeah, that happened. Fujimoto yet again showcased his innate proficiency for perfectly executed tone shifts, just when you least expect it. Asa thinks she has Yoru in control but i still think it's the other way around but love their bickering and tantrums, great progression for their dynamics War is translated as "sensou" in japanese and when you actually say it out loud, it sounds like "chainsaw" so since Yuko knows Asa is possessed by war devil, she would tease her as Chainsaw (sensou) woman.... Fujimoto you sly bastard!! That large panel spread of Asa & Yuko gave me that Denji & Kobeni panel vibes but now more sinister because of Yuko's sudden shift Yuko legit send some chill down my spine with her slow and subtle reveal during the latter half. Is she our first ever tsundere of csm, confirmed?? but anyways something's going to go horribly wrong in that school *cue Pumped up Kicks*, I can just feel that insanity striding back in the story Yoru wants to find csm by luring him with a devil in the school, Yuko now has contracted with a devil and wants to annihilate the school, Denji is in the school and wants to be found out as chainsaw man while Yoshida wants to keep his Identity under wraps....so many things at play here and it's all going down pretty soon, so very excited to say the least. Banger chapter!!! Next time we read Chainsaw Man, we'll have an anime episode too, can't wait!!!! |

| Found the opening a little annoying in Asa's view though it's totally justified and now hopefully they might actually do something like draw a devil in and... I just realized midsentence that the Justice Devil attacking the school the next day might be the perfect thing to try to draw out Chainsaw Man, wow. Well, I'm hoping the next chapter is interesting |
