I have been a casual anime fan for a long time. I have been watching anime from my childhood with shows like Pokemon or Doraemon. However I seriously started watching anime in 2014 when one of my school friends introduced me to a show called Deathnote. I have been an anime fan ever since I watched that show.

Favorite genres:- Psychological, Mystery, Action, Comedy, Supernatural, Drama

Genres I dislike:- CGDCT, Mindless Ecchi, Fantasy, Mecha, etc.

Rating System:- I rate based on my enjoyment and as such have no specific criteria to rate shows. However to give you a general idea I will create a rating system none the less.

10/10:- This rating is for the peak franchises of this medium. An anime that I rate 10/10 needs to have an amazing cast of characters, an amazing storyline, amazing animation, music and direction. It needs to have incredible buildup and payoff for all its story threads. Lastly I should not be bored at any point in the series.

9/10:- A 9/10 is a show that has everything a 10/10 has but it faultered in some of the areas that prevented it from being a 10/10.

8/10:- A really incredible show that for some reason failed to have as high of an emotional connection with me as compared to a 10 or 9 out of 10.

7/10:- A decent show that was fairly entertaining but did nothing special to warrant a higher rating.

6/10:- A above average show that wasn't boring when I was watching it but is not something I will remember the moment I finish watching it.

5/10:- An average show either in terms of story or animation. This is the kind of show I am indifferent to. It's neither too entertaining nor to boring.

4/10:- A 4/10 is a bad show in my eyes. It is a show that I personally didn't enjoyed but I am rating it high just because of it's technical competence.

3/10:- An extremely trashy show that I feel like I wasted my time on.

2/10:- An absolute train-wreck of a show that was boring from the get go. The only reason it is not a 1 is because I found some ironic enjoyment out of it and nothing else.

1/10:- Absolute disasters and some of the worst stuff I have ever seen in my life. These are most of the shows in my dropped category. These are the shows that I consider to be extremely boring and something I am never gonna pick back up ever again.
