| Hey, that was a sweet move from Anya! It was nice to see her taken aback by the the fact that someone's life was saved because of her powers, she must've had a rough time with this ability. Flopping grades and absolutely no talent for sports, art, music or community service, but still the first in class to get a Stella. "Now that's Twilight's child.", must be what HQ is thinking xD. Family dog coming soon, that should be fun. Anya playing the "world peace" scenarios in her mind was hilarious and credit to the VA for nailing that. Finale next week, I'm curious to see how they'll sign off here and tease us for the second half. |

| Finally Anya saved a kid from drowning and got her first star!! And it's thanks to her power though lol, I liked how Damian kinda defended her against these jealous classmates, though the best part is that the dog is finally making an appearance!!! |

| Man I had to try my hardest to force myself to watch this. I don't like this show at all and am only watching it because how popular. Anya is so unlikeable. the best episode is when the brother came over and Anya was sleeping and we didn't have to hear her annoying voice. |

| Anya receives her first Stella star because of her saving a child drowning. Which she was boasting about and she calls herself starlight Anya. And because she is getting Stella in school Anya wanted a dog, as a gift. The idea comes from Becky. And Loid and Yor being supported parents is wholesome and we got Anya smile not smug lol. And at the end is a mysterious dog. Overall great episode and next is season 1 cour 1 ending |

| Great episode as usual. Gotta love Anya's thought process (like getting a dog -> world peace lol) and Damian's tsundere behavior. Now, regarding the preview... I feel they had the perfect opportunity to go balls to the wall next week - a double-length "finale" (like Kaguya) with the best possible climax for the first cour. Too bad that won't be happening. It's still a top notch adaptation through and through, but the wait for the 2nd cour will hurt. |

| I love how clean the art and animation is. It is pure quality on top of the enjoyable stories and characters. Another great episode as non manga reader I am curious how they get the dog and if it will be next episode. That was interesting how the dog had this vision of the family also somehow, which eludes to him having a power/skill. |

| Uhh... Another episode divided into two segments like as cartoon network show I think it actually airs on cartoon network so I doubt the kids will know the difference anyway 2 segments that both come off as empty headed filler. Episodio 11a "Improper Physical Therapy": Anya needs some special House Points or whatever, but she is bad at everything, so here's another montage of that. So drag her to the world's worst hospital, where nobody notices a kid drowning for her and her alone to notice thanks only to conveniently being a telepath, and wouldn't ya know it, but that gives all the points to Gryffindor. The jokes here still being that she frequently makes the same two to three stupid faces. At least show some variety. Episodio 11b "Man's Best Friend": Anya wants a dog... To Be Continued They don't get a dog this week, mind you. They just float the idea. Dogs are things that people have. Maybe we can have a dog too ourselves as part of our family because dogs are things that families have and we are a family so perhaps we should have a dog except maybe not because some dogs can bite. That was as tortuous to write as it was to spend ten minutes watching. |
| Another more Anya focused episode and it definitely slapped like the last one, I especially loved her imagination lol, the fact that everyone and the sound effects are voiced by her makes it perfect. You also can’t forget “so the world was at peace” lol, it perfectly captures stuff real kids think of. And saving that kid from the pool was definitely an awesome moment, it earned Anya a Stella finally which gives her a big head, and also the nickname Starlight Anya lol, love it. And that bit where Yor was hugging Anya was super cute and also hilarious when she started strangling her lol, and we also got to see Loid experience being proud of his kid, love to see it. And now Anya is getting a dog which appears to also have strange powers, that’s waku waku lol. 1 episode left of part 1 of season 1, I really wish we could get the 2nd half next season but a split cour is still amazing news and I’m really excited to see it this Fall (if it comes then), it’s been such a fun and unique show and definitely worthy of the hype. |

| I know the kid has bad legs, but man it's pretty convenient how with his condition in mind he still chose to lean over the side of the pool and fall in with typical anime-rom-com-character level of balance so that Anya could get her first stella. Also, DOGGO?? Will we get a DOGGO in the next and last episode of part 1??! |

| This episode really showcased how excellent Anya's plethora of expressions she can do. It properly summed up how much she was struggling to find something that she could be good at. Even when Loid took her to the local hospital for some volunteer work, Anya ended up either lazying around or braking things in record time. However, things would change for her when she heard the cries of the boy who slipped into the pool and couldn't swim. Anya's dash into the pool looked great in terms of animation, but it did look like she couldn't get to him in time, but Loid was there to rescue them both. As a result of her heroic attempt, she gained her very first stella star. Some of the other kids were very envious and started to talk down at her, but it was nice to see Damian coming to her defense with some harsh, but truthful putdowns on the other kids. Good on him for doing something nice here. =) Another thing that I enjoyed was (Starlight) Anya's imagination scenarios in achieving world peace. It was cute and amusing with how well it captured her thinking. |
| This episode hit really close to home during the pool scene, I had an extremely close call, I was in the pool alone, my mom was in the hot tub, I didn't know how to properly swim so I stayed in the shallow parts of the pool where I could touch the ground. This pool has a really bad design, instead of slowly going deeper i.e a slope it had a sharp drop. I didn't see the line and fell into the deep part, Trying to stay above the water I jumped 3 times, the first 2 I couldn't get my words out to yell for help, but somehow on the third jump I managed to scream help. After that I sunk and couldn't move. Thankfully my mom jumped in and saved me. Seeing that kid drowning brought back a lot of memories to me, and still to this day I hate having my head underwater. Even in the shower I hate getting my head wet, I usually wash my hair/face separately . Needless to say I definitely cried seeing that kid nearly drown I absolutely love how Anya is letting the Stella star get to her head, I can see her mindset changing shes is definitely taking after her father Loid with the whole spy mentality. Anya's plan in her head for world piece was hilarious. I love how all the characters are voiced by her Hopefully we get to see Bond properly next episode! |

| anya may not be the smartest nor have the best physical condition but she is certainty the bravest and with the most sense of justice, her imagination was super cute and her impressions on it were great. |
