 The MAPPA 2021 Stage: 10th Anniversary event unveiled the main staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and teaser promotional video for the Takt Op. Destiny television anime on Sunday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on October 6 at 12:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo's six affiliated stations and BS TV Tokyo.Voice actor Kouki Uchiyama (Boku no Hero Academia) will be joining the previously announced main cast as Takt Asahina, a conductor who has made a contract with the musicart "Fate." | Honestly if someone showed me this PV and said it was a ufotable show I wouldn't even question them or fact check it lol. The animation gives me mad Fate vibes, I'm honestly gonna watch this just for the visuals alone. If MAPPA x Madhouse can give us a good story too that would be a plus. |

| Honestly kind of upset with how the beautiful original designs for the mobile game got butchered. I'm a huge fan of LAM's artwork and this just looks like bootleg ufotable + B: the Beginning. MAPPA's taking too many projects on at once, sucks that this one's probably gonna be completely pushed to the side in favor of their bigger name ones. After the shitshow that was Zombieland Saga Revenge's production, I have absolutely no respect for them anymore :( |
