You must take action preemptively. See a doctor and try to lose weight. Don’t worry about how tall the mountain is just take a few steps. Any guidance you see about weight loss try it out but do about 20 - 40% of it to start small. Find a way to make it enjoyable for you to do. I trick my brain by watching dubbed anime at the same time or running with my favourite motivating rap songs on my iPod. |
