| She is funny and her main role is to entertain via comedy relief moments and lighthearted situations. She is not that much overrated to be honest. Just a regular, generic and moe character. |

As the story progresses, other characters had their moments to shine and Chika becomes irrelevant (going too far, she is just there as a comic relief). She is my least favorite out of the 5 student council members, sure, but I noticed the overhype around her dropped significantly when season 2 premiered. |

| Yes Fujiwara gained a lot of popularity because of her role and special ending in season 1. But now that the serie changed focused and we're finally getting some much needed highlight for the others characters, Fujiwara's hype has died down. Give it until the end of the season and I'm pretty sure she won't be "overrated" anymore. |
