| White page on forums (no error but just white/blank page) every now and then. Needs some reloading to get it to load the actual page. No lag ... more l ike quick loading but the server not having the data ready and sending a blank page instead of letting the browser wait. (I did not change any browser settings.) |

| I haven't been able to access the site directly for about a week. However, if I use a transparent proxy, I can access it and I don't even have slowdowns. Update : Well, I managed to fix it, it was a DNS issue on my side. |

| I can't access MAL with Puffin Browser (mobile app) 403 Forbidden page. I'm not using VPN. MAL works everywhere else. It sucks because I've used Puffin as my main browser to play Facebook apps without having to download the apps (Request Desktop site) and the mobile layout just looks better overall than other browsers... |

| While it still worked without error message the response time of the forum and website some minutes ago (when the previous people posted above me) was pretty slow. Instead of immediately (max 2-3 seconds delay) loading the site it took 10-20 seconds or so. Also cllicking on the "+" in the list takes longer to increase the episode count. I wrote this post (different version) 20-30 minutes ago and went afk and when I came back it was still stuck at the "sending" icon. (Icon/animation after you cllick submit.) Now it seems to work fine again though. |

| Ah. So that's why I'm not getting notifications - it's the lag. This is the third thread I didn't get any notifications in recent hour despite getting them for the same threads just several hours ago. And no, it's not because there are too many people. I've seen those exact same symptoms back in the day on our local blog server. This kind of shit happens when anti-DDoS services trying too hard to protect the server and thus starting to randomly and temporarily denying access to some users that are way too active to service's algorithms. Yeah, it sorta-kinda linked to too many users - but that's neither their nor server's hardware fault. Someone just need to tweak MAL's cloud protection service a bit better. Which is not easy but definitely doable. |

| Doing database edits is borderline impossible too with how slow the website is. And posting on the forums seems to require refreshing too. |
