There's always been ads on KissAnime but I swear there's a popup every three seconds now. I will try to pause the video, get a popup ad, delete that ad, and by the time I've gone to pause the video again, another ad has been embedded into the video. I sometimes have to delete four different ads before I can pause the damn show. Its especially annoying though how deleting ads causes the bar to scroll around the video. So if you click it, it suddenly scrolls to 11:47 in the video and I have to go back and put it where I was and then it takes longer to load. I mean I get it, I didn't expect to have an ad free experience. But this shit is just fucking annoying. Do people actually buy shit from popup ads? I usually delete it before I can even tell what it is. The worst part though is the ads that put weird cookies into your computer. I had to do a cleansing of my computer a week ago because my computer was giving notifications from some cookie that a KissAnime ad gave me every 15 minutes. It was unbelievably annoying.

Install an adblock. Sometimes, kissanime won't detect adblock and will let you watch anime without ads. Edit: Or, for the love of God, subscribe to Crunchyroll and watch anime legally.

Using Kiss for years, never seen a single ad, you might wanna update your blocker. If that is not an option, consider downloading.

Just tell to the admin kissanime to set the ad pop up for a few hours.. I'm pretty sure the admin will not read it in here. Another solution use adblock or use other streaming service.

oh yes yes :( ahh I thought it was just me ..it's become a nuisance..I just hope our computers will be safe.. I usually pause to read subtitles, for some specific anime where dialogues are loaded with details, and now I have switched to dubs so that I won't have to pause anymore so that I won't face those 3-4 pop-up ads every time I touch it, for every few seconds. (the rewind/forward keys don't work as well, it's like I have to click on the video to even forward).. BTW, the default server on the video seems to have changed. I just started watching an anime, on 'Beta' server like just now, like 1.28 minutes into the video and typed this post there's no pop-up yet, which is such a relief! :) ..A while ago (maybe 2 months ago - I haven't watched anime since past 2 months), the default server was Beta server, so maybe it's the other servers with pop-ups.. and not Beta server. If you wish, you can try switching to Beta server [the drop-down on the upper left corner just above the video].. also if you do switch it to 'Beta', tell me if the pop-ups have reduced for you! ..no pop-up yet! I have typed all of this and still no pop-up on Beta server.. ! :)

Why are you using kissanime in 2020? Trying to watch it without adblock is just asking for trouble. They are known for having malware ridden ads, just don't.

they removed a server which was responsible for constant ads. I think they listen to feedback, as I don't use adblock on their site. it's a bit annoying but nothing comes for free, and I hope they buy stuff from anime creators directly :p I just wish people would stop mentioning the site lol. I agree with what missaliensan said, they're making bad propaganda cartoon and not gonna make animators life any better either.

if you absolutely have to use kissanime, then rather use an adblocking DNS instead of a software adblocker. It uses no system resources for one, plus it's faster loading and never detectable. on another note, I wish the beta server bs would be fixed now. I do use it to watch shows casually that I won't ever download

Missaliensan said: Whatever suits you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I find crunchyroll to be far more convenient since they keep a track of what I'm watching, I don't have to visit MAL or remember the episode number of what I watched last even if I come back to the series more than a month later. I know that some pirate streaming sites do have such features if you login but seeing how often these sites change their domain and with so many clone sites out there you never know if you're login in to the real thing or giving away your credentials to a fake one. Chances of getting your system infected by some malware is also quite higher on these sites. I'm usually a few episodes behind anyways so not having the latest available makes no difference. I'm not paying them so I'm not losing anything by watching anime on their site. Maou_heika said: Missaliensan said: Hrybami said: Missaliensan said: kostiskap1999 said: Install an adblock.
