Yes,, even I love those anime with at least 50 episodes because it helps me to understand the story. But of course it should be under 60-70 episodes othereise I'm not gonna pick that..
Unfortunately today's animes are mostly 12-25 episodes long.

I can and would like to watch 1000 episodes if I'm invested enough. And as a rule of thumb: more time spent = greater reward.

As long as the pacing is okej I have no problem with a longer show.

DragonBall Super = nice show enjoyed it alot.

Gave Bleach ago once again after reading the manga = pacing to slow, way to slow for a battle shounen show.

The first couple of years i started watching anime it was pretty easy to focus on 1 big long anime but these days ... i can barely focus on a 2-cour anime if its not a seasonal lmao.

I think saying it as "keeping focus" is a little misleading. I would say the series just gets less exciting at some point. If it is a 100 episode series, I highly doubt all 100 episodes are going to be interesting. If it is a good series throughout, then I would have no problem watching from beginning to end, but that's just never the case.

Jewelpet may have over 250 episodes, but it's so awesome I can't stop watching.

Yes I don't have a problem with focus the only problem is finding time to watch those long series.

I usually watch a single arc in between a few smaller animes if the arc was interesting then I will watch the next arc too . I have been doing this for one piece for quiet a time.

I usually just avoid them because they usually suck (long boring filler, time wasting recaps, repetitive recycled plots, lack of decent conclusions), but if one sounds interesting I'll wait until it's over so I know the size of what I'm getting into and usually watch it in chunks of episodes over several weeks/months until I finish it.

I can watch long series just fine and I usually finish them but it's usually a lot harder to get myself to start one in the first place
I think "Oh that is 100+ episodes, I'll just watch something shorter"
I like it more when it's broken up into seasons with separate listings

I usually am able to keep focus as long as I'm binging the show. Even if It's a new anime, if It intrigues me and I like it by ep10 I'll continue watching until the end.

My strategy? I only watch an episode per show per day, so I never get exhausted by binging shows. I've been watching Gintama for over a year now using this "method," and it hasn't gotten old yet. I'd say it's working.

For me, when I find a series I really like the length doesn't matter. I actually prefer longer series because I can really get attached to them more, I can watch all the different seasons, read the source material, etc.

nowadays I can't even watch anime, so how on earth would you think I can focus watching more than 50 EPs?

If I am having anime burnout, I will take a break. I never drop the show if they are really well-made.

I'm currently watching Gintama and it I don't even think about how many episodes it has, I love it so much. Also Hunter x Hunter (2011) was kinda easy to watch, because it was so entertaining.
Even anime shows with 13 episodes can be exhausting to watch because some of them can be that boring.

You are absolutely correct. ;)

I generally don't watch series that long. I did it once with naruto + shippuuden (and a long time ago with various other crap like dragon ball, for instance, but those were other times) but I got burnt out by extremely long series so right now, if it's more than 24 episodes, I generally avoid it like the plague (which is a pity as I'd like to watch monster and fmab, for instance). Different case, to me at least, when a series has multiple seasons that span to 50+ episodes in total (natsume yuujinchou, monogatari series), I don't have any problem with those but I don't think they'd count in this case.

I just finished LOTGH....in 2 weeks.....4 if you count the side-series and the movies...and became a personal favourite....some scenes even brought me some tears...I don't think it matters how long a series is...as long as you like it, YOU WILL KEEP FOCUS BECAUSE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN WHAT IS GOING ON.

When I started watching Jewelpet, I simply didn't want to stop. It's just that awesome. Having higher quality episodes than the Big Three sure helps.

I don't watch many anime of more than 50 chapters, but recently I watched Aikatsu Friends! (50 ep) and I really enjoyed all the chapters. If the anime bores me to the point of losing my concentration I would abandon it. I watched the 50 chapters in a week, 5 in the morning and 5 at night, sometimes 3 or 6 chapters, depending on my mood.

I would like to think i can still watch longer anime, but i do think i had a better attention span when i was younger, proof because i remember much more from D.Gray-man and Katekyo Hitman Reborn! for example as opposed to Yuu Yuu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin which i watched much later.

I'm only watching one anime at a time and currently it's Yes! Precure 5, which has 49 episodes + a second season of another 48 episodes, but i may take a break after finishing the first one, i watch 3-4 episodes a day usually, with the exception of when i'm really tired and may skip a day or only watch 1-2 instead.

I have to juggle several shows at the same time or I'll get bored pretty quick, no matter how long or short they are. For example I started Dragon Ball back in January, and now in September I just passed the 100 episode mark because I've been watching a lot of other shows at the same time.

It depends on the series I suppose. I did eventually finish Superlink and am working on the other anime now but that could be attributed to the fact that robots and transformers are a hyper fixation of mine. If the series really grabs me and I am not distracted by something else I'll get through it sooner or later XD
