Personally, I get really into whatever show I'm watching to the point where I am either cheering on the characters as they fight difficult opponents or I am crying because some depressing event happened. I am just wondering if it's just me in my feelings orrr???? Does anyone else get super into their anime feels?

YOU HAVE NO IDEA!

From the New World literally changed my life. It made me rethink how I view society. It hit me real deep in the feels. "We are human" still echos in my soul.

I almost always get emotionally invested in shows, unless the characters really suck.
The anime that made me cry most was Azumanga Daioh for some weird reason. It's not even a sad show, but it just really struck a chord with me

It was such a cute anime!!! It didn't make me cry but it most certainly made me feel the bond between the characters.

I used to when I was younger, but not so much now. It'd be nice if a series really sucked me in like they did in the past.

Thats one of the main reasons I love anime, there's lots of shows that get can you lost and emotionally invested in the story and characters. The anime that most recently gave me this experience include 3-gatsu no lion, Sora Yori, Violet Evergarden, and Darling in the Franxx.

It's really hard for me to get into and "feel" the emotion from the anime. I don't really have much patience anymore to be able to sit down and watch something without interruptions - my brain gets kind of restless. However, some anime have proved very good at getting me invested - hell yeah I cried when the Going Merry was returned in One Piece! However, I did not cry during Clannad or Clannad:After Story (I honestly don't remember if Clannad has the bad part with Nagisa or not, but I'm listing it anyways).

Characters I like usually bring out the most emotion. I hated Nagisa so maybe that's a reason why I didn't really care. Other examples of this are Naruto (season 1 when he was alone because I can relate) and Fairy Tail (too many to remember, but especially the ending of the manga).

Every time, I love this about anime, how it can make you you feel so much in so little time, since I watched your name everytime I hear any song from their ost, a tear really just drops from my eye, and I think that's amazing how a sound can make your body remember an emotion, also todoroki vs deku is just perfect I really like watching sports like boxing or football, but I had never been so exciting in a match I remember that i was so amazed by that fight.

Erased moment when the Kayo got her first meal was just amazing, or the hole you feel when you just finish your lie in april, I mean anime is imo one of the best mediums to represent emotions, because they truly express the writer emotions, you can really feel what they really want to transmit to you.

One of the best videos I have watched is Gigguk- The perfect anime it remind me why I started watching it, and why I stopped being so judgemental about people watching it. It's awesome to see that video after you watch something you really enjoyed, Gigguk tells everything you want to say after you are done watching an amazing story or characters, how you want to tell every person to watch something because it really got you or you relate to it.

So in short anime does get on my feelings and I thats what I like about anime

Well, since the anime is 26 eps. long and basically takes place during the whole three years Chiyo and co. share until they graduated from high school... I can undestand your reaction and for example, to be honest, watching Chiyo cry during the graduation ceremony was quite emotive.

I'm watching Video Girl Ai right now and damn is it hitting me in the feels really hard. It's rather obscure but it's truly a romantic drama anime gem. I have no idea why it isn't more popular.

So to answer your question: yes, some anime make me really emotional lol

It depends. Some shows I can enjoy and then move on fairly quickly.
But then there are those moments that utterly sweep me off my feet. Moments that I look back on years later and still remember with awe. As a One Piece fan, moments like the Straw Hats' farewell to Vivi or Robin's "I want to live" still get me in the best possible way.
Last year I had my first rewatch of Gurren Lagann and I was screaming in excitement during the hypest moments and happily crying when it came to an end.
And then there's shows like March Comes in Like a Lion or the Chimera Ant arc of Hunter x Hunter that make me cry because of events both sad and joyous.
It's all these kinds of moments that make me love anime as a medium, faults and all.

Very rarely, but the only anime to ever make me truly emotional and made me on the verge of tearing is Ashita no Joe.

I only felt some emotional investment for one series, and that was Aikatsu! (the original series) you don't want to know the all the feels that were stirring up within me when the final episode aired.

Was watching Kaiji recently and fuck,I couldn't keep myself in check at all, this series was amazing at bringing out a wide range of emotional reactions.

Another example I can immediately think of was Haikyus third season. Although I read the manga beforehand it was still super tense and some moments even hyped me up so hard that I jumped from my seat.

Yes, regularly. I am kind of guy that really easily gets immersed into stories. For example, last week I finished Assassination Classroom and I still haven't recovered from it and when I watch shows like Kuroko no Basket, Haikyuu or Gurren Lagann I get excited like a child and cheer at the screen like an idiot.

I second that!
Anime that touches the heart emotionally, happily or not, is the main selling point for me.
Life isn't as fun and easy as anime.
Watch anime to bring that fun!!

It happens sometimes but rather rarely and often just with shows that have many episodes because it often takes a while for me to get attached to a character only exception is Yuusuke from Yuu Yuu Hakusho that first episode didn't just hit me in the feelings it kicked my feelings in the balls.

This happens to me a ton, the biggest example coming from Re:Zero. I watch the first half and enjoyed it fine, and took a break afterwards. A couple days later, I was in a bad, self-loathing slump, feeling very pathetic and worthless, and figured I'd catch up with the show to make me feel better. Needless to say, being in that state made it real easy to empathize and relate to Subaru during those couple of episodes, and watching him pull himself out of that slump actually helped me get through that as well, and I ended up loving the show.

Other than that, there are a few instances where I get anxiety watching an anime. I remember most notably watching Your Lie in April and whenever Kousei goes on stage and play I get an unbearable pain in my chest due to my own fears of going onstage in front of a large crowd of people and possibly embarrassing myself.

It does.

Well... I cried reading Hajime no Ippo, a boxing manga, I even cried in EVERY SINGLE EPISODE of Saiyuuki Reload Blast (and Gaiden), Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 (even though it was all so obvious).
I cry when I watch the anime, and then I cry again when reading the manga, even though I already know what is going to happen.
I cried for months when listening to "we fight together" (One Piece)

So I guess you can call me a "cry baby"...
I also get embarrassed when some character confess to another

Yeah if the show is good I'm very excitable, which can manifest in quite vocal forms. One of the reasons I prefer watching anime alone irl, I'm not annoying anyone with my hype antics. They can get pretty silly too, but it's definitely part of the experience for me. It's a great sign if a show gets me that hyped up so I usually don't hold back. Living alone helps too :>
I probably regret this post by now.

Almost every time. When it's a fight, I cheer on the MC.
When it's romance, I get sentimental since I can tell that they'll have a great time. Also, cuz' I ship them.
