When I say summer weather and winter weather, I mean how these seasons would typically be described. Summer being hot, with the days being longer and thunderstorms and winter being cold with snow and ice. So if you're from a place where it never snows, pretend that that isn't the case.
Personally I would choose the summer weather, since I like going out in the evenings when it's not very dark. You can go skating and do sports without things being icy or wet ^^ Although I don't really like the thunderstorms.

Winter easily. I dislike hot weather in general so summer is always painful, especially when it reaches 40+ degrees where I'm from. I'm also the type of person that loves sweaters, turtlenecks, beanies etc. so it's a lot easier for me~ although the only positive thing that I like about summer is that I can play football freely but then again when it's winter I usually play inside a gymnasium so summer is overall meh for me.

Winter because the searing hot sun of the summer burns my eyes and my skin. If it's winter, cups of coffee are much for satisfying. Also, I can wear as many layers as I want without looking like I'm crazy. In the winter, beaches are much more bearable and without as many people there to crowd it I can actually enjoy the view. The only thing I feel like I'd give up is ice cream, but I can eat that in the winter anyways.

Winter without a doubt. It's prettier and my wardrobe is mainly sweaters/pants, so I'd be pretty much out of luck if it were summer constantly.

I'd prefer something like fall or spring but where I live winter basically means the temperature doesn't go to the 90's and the coldest it gets is around the 20's but most of the time it's between 40 - 70

I wouldn't particularly say winter weather but I prefer those gloomy days where you can enjoy a cup of coffee outside without being wet by the rain and snow.

Summer of course. When its hot its hot but it doesn't hurt. In winter the cold can hurt you really bad and you could get sick even die. But summer you cant.

have fun shoveling the sidewalks and trying to get your car out every day it snows.

it's only nice if someone else is doing the maintenance work involved

Neither, I prefer the each of the seasons I think that's my dad's greenthumb wearing off on me though. I like spring time and autumn too much to replace it with shitty winter or the hot summer.

Summer weather would only be good all year round if the respective pools and poolparks, as well as the beaches, also remained open. Otherwise it would be literal hell.

Neither, because I like the different seasons, but if I had to choose, Summer. It's easier because it doesn't require putting on a bunch of clothes before going outside, and you don't have to be careful when walking over frozen ground. And everything is more colourful during summer, I like that.

Cold weather is so much better, and there's so many more ways to deal with it. Extra layers, exercise (body heats up), snuggling under covers, closing windows and as a last resort a heater. With hot weather air con is really the only good way to get relief, anything else is a half measure. And not everyone has air con. I'm privileged enough to have it now, but in my old place I didn't and it was hell. I touched upon this, but summer also kills my motivation to get some exercise. Since your body heats up as you move I like it to start chilly so I feel neutral by the end of it. When it's warm or hot I only like leaving the house at night and even then it can be stuffy and uncomfortable. Not to mentioned needing to wear sunscreen which is expensive and uncomfortable. But not as uncomfortable as sunburn so I always make sure to begrudgingly slap some on in summer.

We are warm blooded creatures, it makes sense to prefer cold to heat. Anything that prefers the heat is a snake and can't be trusted. ;)

Winter weather. Sweating is horrible and it's easier to warm up in cold weather than cool down in hot, humid weather.

You can wear more clothes if you are cold, in summer you can't do anything about the heat.

Would prefer eternal Spring over anything else as well, but in this Scenario, you can only choose between eternal Summer and eternal Winter.

Luxima said:

That's certainly an enticing Argument xD

But other than the Eye Candy, it is more practicable to have Summer all Year around than Winter:

First of all, you don't need any Heating, which can cut Costs greatly. With the Summers being mildly, you also don't need much Cooling.

Secondly, you don't have to worry about slippery Roads, don't have to clear the Sidewalk in front of your House and don't have to worry about fogged Windows in your Car.

With the Insects Number declining greatly, Summer has become much more bearable. Compared to a few Years ago, this Year, I've barley had any Flies at Home.

Well considering that my country is hot all year 'round, I would go for summer. It's more of a hassle to wear thick clothes so summer all the way~ (─‿‿─)

Easily winter, I never liked hot weather and I feel like dying once the temperature reaches 25°C+. I'd go for summer if we were talking about mild summer in 15-25°C temperature range but if we're talking about scorching weather all year long then hell no. I'd rather freeze.
