Her spouse is a radio host and director, as well as the Managing Director of Tablier Communications Inc.Fukui debuted as a voice actress with the role of Rika Sena in Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou. Her prominent roles include Nia Teppelin from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Nono from Top wo Nerae 2! Diebuster, and Shizuka Marikawa from Highschool of the Dead.
