| I found the episode great. Don't know why many people complain. This series still is the best of this season and going strong. BTW the first time i saw that doctor guy in the op i thought it was woman. Very surprised realizing it was a man. Anime always do this shit to me. |

| Celty’s story was interesting, and I am little surprised that story is little early. It is shocking to see four-year-old Shinra’s father allows him to dissect people. |

| I'm not sure why she actually agreed to be dissected, but I suppose one might be short on options when they go into society without a head. Anyway, I'm liking her backstory so far, and the series in general is really interesting. |

| I liked the quick background story on celty as we get more into her headless story. As soon as they mentioned her head was going overseas my thoughts jumped straight to that girl we saw in episode one who the boy who she collided with. |
| Wow, didn't expect Celty to get that much back story this early in the series. It added much needed depth to her and Shinra, so it was much needed no matter how I look at it. |

| The episode was pretty good. |
| We got Celty’s back-story faster than I thought. And I was entranced by FukuJun’s Shinra’s narration; such a selfish love he feels for Celty. If Shinra didn’t know about anatomy when he was 4 years old before dissecting Celty, later he wouldn’t forget anything after that experience. Great father he had there. |

| so after reading the comments in this, these idiots are really not understanding the show just watching it. how come Celty's head is in japan when she's in Ireland??, my god, shinra's telling you all the details, and didn't no one notice something odd about the old man's story, the way the hand of the man there is focused for the way he plays with his pen and how it is exactly the same w/ how shingen (shinra's father) handles the pen in shinra's side of the story, also the pen is exactly the same, my God, the show have given you already a clue who might be the culprit or someone who might know something in stealing celty's head. my god this show really isn't for some of you idiots out there. it's to intelligent definitely for your brains to handle. |

| Oh my goodness! A backstory that was actually interesting, and managed to keep my paying attention the entire way through! It cannot be! (O.O) What can I say, but another great episode! I have future predictions of this anime getting a 10/10 from me! Even if I'm only on episode 4! Looking forward to the next! |

| Great backstory there. An urban legend in a modern time keeps me from watching this show. Shinra's backstory as well was interesting. He dissected a naked woman when he's just 4 yrs old? Now, that's what I call a good father. xD Next ep seems more Anri. :D |

| What a bummer and here i thought the scar girl was the headless rider :/ Anyways that Shinra guy is interesting, i doubt many 4 year old kids would actually want or agree to dissect a headless woman! lol at the dad actually handing over the scalpel i was like "lolwut?" So a Dullahan? mm not vey familiar with irish mythology but its something different than a headless rider...a headless fairy? and why does she doesn't have the head with her? aren't Dullahans supposed to have them with em? |

| OK at first i was like "what the hell, showing the ACTUAL headless woman is just going a little too far" but then I got drawn into the beautiful told story of a cursed character. Sometimes we have to outlook some details to enjoy a great narrative. I must say I'm not usually a fan of very episodic animes, but Durarara is directed in a very interesting manner. There's this universal connection in every episode, with a special focus on a certain character or theme at a time. |
