I could keep watching Hunter X Hunter 2011 for ages and ages, and for some people just once is daunting enough :P

I may make a yearly tradition of watching Baccano! and Trigun around the holidays, though

There's a few I've watched multiple times, like Toradora, Golden Time, Shigatsu, etc.

But none have I watched as many time as Madoka Magica. I've watched the main series 7 or 8 times now, and the Rebellion film about 5. The series has not even come CLOSE to getting old to me once, and I've spent hours and hours talking about it with friends before. Discussing the specifics and intricacies of it's plot, theory crafting and asking "what ifs", talking about what it could do with prequel/sequel/spin-off anime, etc etc.

Mushishi, most definitely Mushishi. The way its episodes are structured, I could never get tired of experiencing those rich stories along with the vibrant backgrounds and enchanting soundtrack.

Grisaia no Kajitsu. I've rewatched it 3 times already, even though it gets a lot a hate for being rushed and unfaithful to the source material, but I can't help but adore it.

Gurren Lagann is also another one as it is my all time fave. Higurashi as well and Fate/stay night: UBW.

I've watched Yama no Susume twice and wouldn't mind watching it again (it's only 36 minutes, though). If long series count as anime that you "don't get tired of" even if you would never rewatch them then Aikatsu would fit that description (watched 152 episodes without any major breaks). I don't really rewatch anime. Believe it or not, after I clear my PTW (both my MAL PTW list and other anime I want to watch) I will actually try to complete the anime in my dropped list that I would mind taking another stab at before getting to rewatching my favourites. I won't hesitate to read the manga of my favourite anime, though.

Hunter x Hunter (2011)
it's not just I can, but I have to watch it repeatedly to fully appreciate it, the plot is intelligent, the battle system is complex, the first time I watch chimera ant it's boring, but it become my greatest arc after rewatching it

Definitely Baccano for me I've watched that 7-8 times, also the only anime i rematched.

Edit:
I can't forget Howl's Moving castle though and most of studio ghibli movies but that should be pretty obvious.

Anime I've actually rewatched:
1.Barakamon (it's so good :') )
2.Kimi ni todoke (I always rewatch it at least once a year since it was my first shoujo ever and I absolutely adore it)
3.Toradora
4.Naruto/Shippuden (of course canon eps)
5.HAIKYUU
6.Hotarubi no mori e (rewatched it a lot)
7.Second ova of Nanatsu no taizai

Other than that I actually rewatch certain episodes of many anime series and i do that a lot actually xD but I don't watch the whole thing again.. only the scenes that were really good. Some Examples are

Tokyo Ghoul
Fate/Zero
FMAB (actually I don't mind rewatching the whole thing again)
OPM (again, I don't mind rewatching)

I think it's Dragonball Z. It sure is pretty old but it also was one of my first animes and so far I kept on rewatching it multiple times over and over again, sometimes the whole series, other times just a couple of episodes. It doesn't bore me a bit x'D

Other than that I rewatched Mononoke Hime and I'm getting sad with my emotions all over the place each time.

I used to rewatch Wolf's Rain, but now since a long time ago, I didn't. Not because my opinion changed about it, but well.. just because :P
