Well I liked Yuu more as Mariya (even though I don't really like Maria+Holic) than in the Steins;Gate ;_;
I can actually see Miyuki as Lacie, I was also thinking about Miranda Barma and hmm.. I can see Komiya Arisa (Dia from Love Live Sunshine) as her, she has a deep nice voice which can be also high and she would fit the mad part of her personality :D

I also hope Vanitas will be more popular in Japan than Pandora ;_; Even though I really want PH to be popular too but I guess it's too late, sigh.

Yup, Oz and Sharon's voice is perfect. I also liked Leo and Elliot's voice too.
And really Jun works as Vincent and he could give such good performance at emotional scenes.
Well.. I could see Kobayashi Yuu (when she talks a bit higher than usual) as Alice to be honest :D
It's a shame that we will probably never hear the voice of Lacie ;_;

I read one chapter and now I'm waiting till December because they gonna release this manga in my country and I'm hyped about it :D
I really love the cover of the first volume, also I hope that this manga will get a proper anime maybe.. I'd love to see a good adaptation.

I also think that Ono is too deep for Jack but it's still better than Reim xd Actually I think that Mamoru Miyano would make a perfect Jack because he really fits those type of characters "innocent at first but not really"
But I love the fact that they gave Toriumi for Gilbert because it's really fitting :D And Ishida as Break is great too!
Yes, it's such a shame that people prefer typical shounen manga and they are the most popular ones even if they're really cliche
At least in my country PH is pretty popular (but still overshadowed with manga like Tokyo Ghoul, meh)

The ost in PH is actually great (I love Kajiura's music), voice actors are good but some actually doesn't fit the character for me (for example I can't see Suwabe Junichi as Reim).
Still I don't like the abrupt ending and art quality (it was 2009 but they could do better honestly).
This anime is a wasted potential just because they didn't have enough material to work with. It would be better if they waited for more volumes to come out but yeah, it's anime's industry logic.
It was just probably the advertisment for manga, too bad that worked badly and PH was never really that popular in Japan.
I'm kinda sad that they killed the chances of getting the proper anime adaptation in the future ;_; They also didn't show what PH really is (I mean the twisted plot and the real meaning etc.) but as you said, there are some advantages like getting some people into the manga c:

Very truly spoken, haha. I don't usually give reviews unless I have something to stress that has to do with the anime. It's completely fine for you to love Code Geass, just as it is for me to hate (with a burning passion) the same anime. Most of what I don't understand is how highly viewed it is, but maybe that's just me. I've always liked the darker genres. Code Geass is disliked by me mostly because it tries to be intelligent but fails, I guess. Anyway, it's completely alright to have an opinion. Thanks for taking the time to write me this, cheers

It was really amazing to experience. Out of all the trips I've done while I was in Japan, the Shinsengumi tour is probably my most favorite one! My friend is a fan of Saitou. Which actually was really nice. If you buy merchandise in Japan, you usually buy a box and you don't know which character is inside. So we always bought stuff together and swapped our goods if she got Okita and I got Saitou. Together we collected many things for each other haha.

Yes, I was there for Japanese language studies. At my regular university I also study Japanese, going on a study exchange to Japan is mandatory. It was so much fun n__n ♥

Yes, they added some extra new scenes and stuff. The ending is different as well!

I've been to Japan for 6 months for study. One of my roommates there recommended me the Hakuouki game and lent me her 3DS so I could play. We also did a Shinsengumi tour in Kyoto together. We went to places such as Mibu dera, were Okita used to play with the little kids from the neighbourhood and we also went to the place were Sannan-san commited suicide. We went to see many Shinsengumi/Hakuouki related places and had dinner at Ikedaya, which has been turned into a Hakuouki-themed restaurant and it was really amazing. You could order character-themed drinks (I had the Okita one of course) and when you ordered certain dishes, you would get free Hakuouki goods such as coasters. I got Okita's 2 times *^*

Yes, you should try to play the game before watching it I think~ ♥ I hope you soon can find a way to play it!

I just finished the 2nd movie and it's so good. The movie story differs a bit from the anime so it's definitely worth watching them ♥

It's called 'Shinsengumi!'. I just googled 'shinsengumi drama episode 1' and found it quickly. It focuses more on Kondou-san in the beginning. I'm not far into the drama yet, but I really like it n__n

Hakuouki is really cruel when it comes to Okita ;w; I read he has the most bad endings from all the characters.

Yes, he still is! The 3rd opening song is by far my favorite opening ♥ It has a really nice tune to it. Please let me know once you start watching!

I'm watching the drama from Shinsengumi! at the moment. It's a bit different from Hakuouki of course, but it's really nice to watch if you're into the Shinsengumi.
