| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- YAY, NISHIURA! Good for Mihashi for sticking in there! Great for the team for sticking together and everyone being involved in their victory! I felt bad for Tosei at the end because they were so sad, but classy about losing. I thought that conversation between Tajima and that reserve catcher from Tosei was cute and so everything that Tajima is in the show. To be honest, I think I would have been more excited during this episode if I hadn't cheated months ago to make sure they won in the end. ;D And it kind of felt like they won last episode with that amazing hit by Tajima, no? I'm so sad that the next episode is the last one of the aired series. (Thank goodness for #26.) What does everyone else think? |

| Great episode!, I was also unsure whether or not they'd win so I'm really glad they did and it didn't turn out to be one of those We'll-try-harder-next-time endings:P |

| How did they pull that off? I thought he was safe at the plate but thats just me. I almost burst in tears of happiness when they won, I feel I was happier than the team itself. It's been one hell of a ride, second season FTW! |

| oman. the episode is over already?!!! it felt like it was only 5 mins.... anyway, THEY WON! i was a little worried when izumi was all like "I'll catch it!" but he did!!! and ohman, it was so exciting when they won. but i nearly cried with that junta and kazu moment. it was so adorable and saddening. i just felt SO bad for tousei. but it was really nice of them to make the paper cranes :) and ohman i loved that tajima x catcher reserve moment (i cant remember his name . its been so long since they mentioned him!!!! maybe harada?) anyway it was so adorable. gah this show is just too good. why is there only one (two) more episodes =( |

| THEY WON!!!~ This episode ended quite fast. I was like "Oh? It's over?!". XD Lots of happy and sad moments. But it was great to see that they were good sports. They even gave those paper cranes thingy. XD More gay moments. This time, it's Tajima [my favorite character] and that orange-haired guy. Forgot his name. Mihashi's face in the car was especially weird. LOL XD |
| That game was more intense for me than watching my team in the World Series. Well, maybe not there but it was pretty close, I didn't expect this anime to give me the emotional rollercoaster that it gave me. |
| Best episode of the series! I was screaming and dancing when Abe managed the block. I was so so damn happy...and then a few seconds later I was crying over the scene with Tousei! That was really sad, and yet it was so adorable at the same time. The scene with Tajima and the reserve catcher was cute too ^_^ This NEEDS a second season! |
| wow. They did it, they actually did it! I never will be able to watch a baseball game ever the same again. This is one of the BEST sports anime I have ever seen. It was just so amazing. I wonder what episode 25 & 26 will bring. |

| I can't believe they actually won! The end of the game was amazing, but oh no there's only 1 more episode D: While the game felt a little too long for me it still had so many exciting moments and the atmosphere was perfect. Even I couldn't help, but cheer for Nishiura few times as well. This series deserves a second season! |

| ...Alright, I admit it. I had a tear or two when they one. Seriously, this series is bloody amazing and it is not getting enough credit. The build up through all those episodes and the emotional payoff from that build up... Marathoning this series has been an intense experience and it did what any good sports anime should do. It made me cheer for the main team. Cannot wait to see more! |
| I'm really, really happy that Nishiura won, but I nearly teared up when they showed the Tousen team crying. I feel so bad for them >: They were really nice and sportsman like about it though. The Tajima/Rio conversation was too funny. Rio has an idol! |

| I am amazed by Hanai's last pitch from the center field straight back home, that was.. awesome. Hanai definitely has some potential as a back up pitcher. |

| I CRIED A LOT - especially when they won and also that scene when the Tousei captain gave Nishiura their paper crane thing. Solid 9. |
| Awesome. Although sad when Tousei guys cried. But at least, they are just one run behind. Both teams did their best and it was an amazing game. The game even felt very fast (although I just realized it was like many episodes already just to cover it).. Sweet Victory! |
| YAY!! they won! I'm so proud of them! I knew they could do it! this is one of the few times where I actually wanted both teams to win. Tousei was a good team with some great guys on it. I didn't want to see them lose either, but one of them had to. I really felt it when they were all crying because of their loss. so sad. the game was amazing though! and I'm satisfied with the outcome. |

| I'm so glad Nishiura won XD.Now that they've beaten Tousei ,a team that made it to Koshien,they'll definitely be getting recognition. Yeah,I guess that's why Momo has him practicing being a pitcher.That was some awesome shoulder action to be throwing from so far. Aww, I felt sorry for Tosei losing though especially Kawai the captain.I think it's his third year so this was his last summer with Junta and the team :( LOL at scene with that guy from Tosei completely fangirling Tajima and asking him for his email.I think he'll probably be the main catcher for the team after Kawai. I hope we'll be seeing Tousei again in the future.Anyways I can't wait to see how far Nishiura can go in this tournament. |

| LLETTSSSSSS FUCCKINGGNG GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! after endless times ive thrown my arms, bit my fingers, pulled my hair and kicked my feet THEY WON!!! fuck im way too happy about this they're the main characters of course they'd won but. that felt so. deserved. so nerve wrecking shocking and just joy bringing. i seriously couldnt close my mouth because i was so shocked my god that was great. scenes with tousei's afrtermath were great too, really like the captain. what a champ |
