The project reminds me of Dennou Coil, probably because Oshiyama had many influences come from Iso while working in Dennou Coil. I also heard the rumor saying Iso will be involved in this project. I'm still not very sure with this rumor though, but if I remember correctly, there's a featured article in latest issue of Animestyle about Iso's failed project. Thomas Romain also confirmed on twitter that Iso has been struggling looking for producers who want to back up his proposed projects. Catsuka also agreed on this one, saying that he has about 10 proposals for new project at hand. I hope he will be someday back working on something big again, and I really want him to be involved in Flip Flappers as a new beginning :) |
