| My first date was when I was 16, he invited me and so I agreed because I made a promise to him. We went to this Japanese restaurant ( we both like anime so we thought we should go there lol) I couldn't speak and I was so nervous, I couldn't even understand a word he was saying. Then after that we walked, he wanted to go to this shop and asked me if I am okay because I never talk then I said "yes' but while walking I also said... " I want to go now, sorry" he was a bit surprised but then in the end he said "okay" Then I went home. I was so embarrassed and felt bad for what I did, but it's a good thing he didn't get angry lol. |

After a little bit of a research i got her name and her phone number so i started sending her some texts to which she replied. We talked a lot through messages while not seeing each other (eventually i even told my feeling to her in a text lol, that's so stupid for me now). | 18, we went to a nice cafe in a progressive town She put some effort into getting ready for the date (told me she painted her nails and so on). I can't recall if I did much. I tend to dress well most of the time...or at least I was then She complimented my makeup work, we walked a bit, we talked for two hours over ice-coffee. The day was bright and sunny and I had rode the bus to the date. It was nice She hugged me goodbye, I think she said something about seeing me again Later we had some awkward texting where I got too therapist-e and that turned her off. Haven't spoken or seen since then. I wrote an essay about it |

| Depends on what you'd consider a date. Usually all I'd do with people I'm with is either meet on nights out or just walk around shops, neither of which I'd really consider dates. Though I wouldn't consider getting fingerblasted in a cinema much more fitting of the title either :/ First time I ever dated someone I guess was when I was 12 or 13. Nothing memorable |

| So... I was 14 at the time and I'd spent all day planning it out with my brother in our room the day before... I was going to take her to a restaurant, then to a movie, then walk her home. It fell apart when I got to the restaurant realising I had no nice clothes (track pants and hoodie ftw) I couldn't afford movie tickets, and she lived 2 kilometers from the theatre. Trying to flub my way through the date was super awkward and my brothers never let me live it down... On the bright side it can only go up |
