Gurren Lagann, Bacanno, Lucky Star, Clannad and other series that are considered very good are from that year

2011 is also a year people say was the golden age with Steins;Gate, Madoka, Fate/Zero and others

The term age in this context isn't defined as a single year, rather a period of time that spans over years.

However Golden Age was in 2007, to be more precise it's actually a remake of the 1998 film titled, 'Elizabeth'.

sequels are enough though
there's the sequels, a madhouse sport anime, the first kyoani action show since Kyoukai no Kanata, two adaptations of popular/well-received manga, and when you count leftovers it becomes fucking great

I would rather agree with this, even though i would go into the 90s also.
Lets say, the last 5 years, brought us HxH, Diamond no Ace, Phi-Brain, Arriety, JoJo, etc etc etc as really good anime....................but..............also many crap.
As for the 2 examples from the OP.....................yeah, One Punch Man is very cool and badass with the attacks, movements, animation and SOUND but besides that it has nothing out of the norm to offer. Story is almost none there and characters, even if they are badass, they have nothing to tell.
And DBS? As in Dragon Ball Super? Thats probably the biggest joke right now on the same level as the fail named Sailor Moon Crystal. Based on just those 2 Anime.........why should this be the golden age again???

kyoani making a action show does not mean it is gonna be good when they tried to change with kyoukai no kanata they failed
the sports anime by madhouse also does not look that great
the sequels are decent durarara can improve a lot if it focus in the main storyline and ansatsu kyoushitsu really need to focus more in some characters and plot points

ansatsu kyoushitsu gets better after the point the anime ends from what i've heard, this is durarara's final season and as we've seen at the end of the previous one all the important characters are getting focus, sports anime by madhouse are always great, kyoani have a good chance of improving since Kanata by learning from their mistakes.

so yeah.

In reality the industry is in fact right now in a Golden Age. Basically it is in a Bubble, where a ton of series are made and a lot of series are highly popular. Now the question is if this bubble will ever burst and if it will, when.

Simple example with series sales above 10k since 2010:

2015 - 10 series; 37,399 biggest - 10,035 lowest(Fall sales still not counted)
2014 - 12 series; 65,813 biggest - 10,019 lowest
2013 - 12 series; 52,052 biggest - 10,158 lowest
2012 - 14 series; 60,709 biggest - 10,040 lowest
2011 - 15 series; 71,057 biggest - 10,535 lowest
2010 - 11 series; 39,472 biggest - 10,364 lowest

Looking at 2007 that is said to be an amazing year
2007 - 9 series; 39,355 biggest - 12,080 lowest(In order: Gundam 00, Lucky Star, Clannad, Lyrical Nanoha StrikeS, Gurren Lagann, Big Windup, Gintama season 2, Mononoke, Minami-ke)

In terms of the industry, this last 6 years are showing to be better than 2007.

Because sales equate to quality!!!!

2000-2010 is still the golden age imo. The big 3 shonen titles were actually good back then. Gurren Lagann happened. FMA happened. Death Note and Code Geass both happened. Welcome to the NHK happened. The Fate/Stay Night and nonexistent Tsukihime anime, bad as they were, paved the way for future light novel adaptations. The biggest thing that 2011-2015 can boast of is Hunter x Hunter, and that alone isn't enough to compare with all of the series I just mentioned.

Next year does look awesome though, so that might change my mind.

But that wasnt the question.
In terms of the industry, the numbers may seem better than 2007 or even earlier, but it still doesnt mean that the Anime are actually better overall than 2007 or earlier.
